Email all programs you applied to saying that you have a New LOR available and give contact details and designation of the recommender. Also offer to email / fax a scanned copy.

Hi digidoc...great work here...this is my go to website on any questions I have in the whole USMLE process..I have a qn for u..I have alredy assigned four letters to all the programs and now i have a US LOR which is the strongest letter..can I reassign any of the letter or is this new one just a scrap piece of paper..Thanx
