Water is a great commodity and resource to acquire. The 4th Amendment says that all American citiens have a right to be secure in their persons and property. It also says that the government can't search and seizure your possessions without a warrant. The Fifth Amendment clearly states that the state can't take your private property without just compensation. So, Congress is trying to pass the unconstitutional bill of the Clean Water Restoration Act or S. 787. The states set water policy in the first 100 years of America's history. The, the feds go involved in 1886 with the River and Harbor Act. They expanded their interest in 1948 with the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. From the outset, the federal government was interested only in "navigable" waters that affected interstate and foreign commerce, consistent with federal powers authorized in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution. The 1972 Clean Water Act has a goal of having zero discharge of pollutants into navigable waters by 1985. The word "wetland" didn't appear in the law. Many groups believed that the wetlands that far exceeded the congressional language and intent. Between 1973 and 1977, the federal government's representative involved in writing the consent agreements with the green advocacy groups was Russell E. Train, EPA administrator. Before assuming this position, Train headed the Conservation Foundation. When he left the EPA, he became president of the National Wildlife Foundation. For all practical purposes, these green advocacy groups wrote the definition and the rules of implementation that allowed the federal government to seize control over any land that it designated as a wetland. The Feingold bill solves the problem by simply removing the word "navigable" from all water law. This will give the federal government control over all water everywhere. By claiming jurisdiction over all water, everywhere, the government completely ignores the Fifth Amendment. The law also claims jurisdiction over all "activity that may affect the water of the United States," completely ignoring the Fourth Amendment. The expanding power of the federal government must be reined in; the only power on earth that can do it are the people who choose the representatives who go to Congress.

Ukraine is having serious problems of course. There is a deadly strain of the virus in Ukraine. The deal toll over there has reached 189 people. More than 1 milion people have been infection in the mostly 9 regions of Western Ukraine. The Ukrainian government is now using new restrictions in the country and grabe new powers. Ukraine's President is calling on the United Nations to help his nation. He called on the WHO and a team of 9 specialists to carry tests in Kiev and Lviv to identify the virus. Samples have been sent to London for analysis. He claims that people are dying and the epidemic is killing doctors. Theatres have been shut and public meetinsgs have been banned as well. Four men and one woman have died from the flu in Lviv, said emergency hospital chief doctor Myron Borysevych. Two of the dead patients were in the 22-35 age group, with two others over 60. He diagnosed the disease as viral pneumonia. Some believe that since only hundreds of people died from the virus, then it's consistent with a normal seasonal flu. The lungs of people who died look very dark or even burned. Soem speculate that this virus have been genetically created in a laboratory. 65,0000 people have been hospitalized by the virus. The virus appears to be either a highly aggressive mutation of the globally-circulating H1N1 strain, or a combination of three different influenza strains now circulating in Ukraine. Some observers suspect this new 'super flu' might be labeled viral hemorrhagic pneumonia (meaning it destroys lung tissue until your lungs bleed so much that you drown in your own fluid), but that has not been confirmed by any official sources we're aware of. There was an aerial spraying across Kiev sdays before the super flu outbreak. Joseph Moshe claims that the Baxter International’s Ukraine plant that would be spread via a flu vaccine and would cause a plague upon it’s release. Moshe’s identity as a microbiologist does seem to be verifiable, and Baxter certainly does have a presence in the Ukraine. Whether Moshe's claims are true are disputed. When wild events occur, the government creates the policy of liberty-suppression and even the threat of the invention of martial law.

The ADL is criticizing Joseph Farah, which is silly on their part. The reason is that Farah has been strongly pro-Israel, so Farah would be one of the last people the Anti-Defamation League would criticize. The only reason the ADL would criticize him is because Farah is a conservative. See, I told you for years that the Anti-Defamation League don't respect real conservatives at all. Farah spoke to many Jewish audiences for years and he is an Arabic- American Christian. He was a former columnist for the Jerusalem Post and covered the Middle East. He has been praised by Benjamin Netanyahu plus thousands of other prominent Jewish leaders in Israel plus the U.S. Now, the ADL is smearing the WND.com. It's fine to have legitimate criticism against the WND on some issues like war on terror point, but they are claiming the WND is equal to some bigoted website, which it isn't. The ADL claims that legitimate criticism of the Barack Obama having policies that are against our civil liberties, changing medicine, etc. is equal to extremism. It's a sweeping indictment, which is wrong. The ADL has lied about people for decades now and they are a disgrace. There is nothing wrong with having healthy skepticism against the government. Maybe the ADL have forgotten the First Amendment protections of the press were specifically written and ratified by the founders because they were as suspicious of government as I am – maybe even more so. The Anti Defamation League have used lies and stereotypes to get their points across. I don't trust them at all. They don't truly expose anti-Semitism in real ways. They exploit people and have hatred against people with whom they disagree with.

China arrests an attorney for forced abortion opponent after the Obama visit or hearing. The Chinese human rights lawyer (who is one of the attorneys for forced abortion opponent Chen Guangcheng) was arrested shortly after President Barack Obama departed China. Jinag Tianyong testified before a Congressional panel on November 10 sponsored by pro-life Rep. Chris Smith. Tianyong of the Beijing Global Law Firm has requested a meeting with President Obama with other human rights lawyers during Obama's visit this week, but was turned down. Smith's office informed LifeNews.com late Friday that, after Obama left the country, Tianyong’s wife was beaten and he was hauled off by Chinese officials. Tianyong testified before the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission of the brutality of the one child policy and the forced abortion plus sterilization campaign used to enforce it. He testified on these and other abuses of the family planning policy. This years marks its 30th anniversary this year. Smith will jill Chinese human rights activist Harry Wu, the 18 year political prisoner Wei Jingsheng, Tiananmen Square survivor Yang Jianli, and Michael Horowitz of the Hudson institute for a press conference on Monday to discuss the situation. During the hearing, Smith called on Barack Obama to ensure that human rights don't take a backseat to economic issues during his state visit China this week. Human rights are trivialized by China, and the United States has been sending a message that profits and money-making trumps human rights," Smith said. “As President Obama embarks on this trip, we appeal to him to seriously raise the plight of Chinese women,” he said, in a statement sent to LifeNews.com. Smith criticized Obama for deciding to reauthorize 50 million dollars in funds for the UNFPA, which has worked with the family planning officials in China who have forced women to have abortions to put them in prison for violating the policy. “It is outrageous that the Obama Administration lavishly funds—to the tune of $50 million—organizations, including the U.N. Population Fund, that partner with China’s National Population Planning Commission," he said. So, the forced abortion policy is wrong in China and the pro-abortion Roe v. Wade policy is wrong in America.

The European Union has decided on its new President. His name is Herman Van Rompuy. He's a member of the Bilderberg Group. The Bilderberg Group promotes globalization and the new world order of course with member David Rockefelller desiring the new world order by his own words. Rompuy is of the establishment by being in the seat of Prime Minister of Belgium. The decision to make Rompuy the new President of the EU was made in a dinner meeting in Brussels by the leaders of the 27 EU member states. The new positions include; President of the European Council and Foreign Affairs Chief and comes into effects on December 1, 2009. Van Rompuy will take his post as the first president of Europe on January 1, 2010. The permanent EU President seat was created by the Lisbon Treaty. Then, it was finally ratified by the member states including Ireland that passed it in early October. Ireland at first refused to give up its sovereignity to the EU in the first referendum. The Irish passed it after the EU used slick tactics like promise of jobs. It's not a secret that Bilderberg meetings are places where candidates are positioned in high places of government. According to ‘De Tijd‘, Van Rompuy attended a Bilderberg dinner in Brussels just days before he was selected as EU president. Rompuy is Roman Catholic. He was educated at the Jesuit Sint-Jan Berchmans College in central Brussels, then studied philosophy and economics at the Catholic University of Leuven. At the meeting Van Rompuy gave a speech about the implementation of new taxes on shopping items (value added tax), airline travel (aviation tax) and petrol stations (fuel duty tax) that will go directly to Brussels as an “EU tax”. He said: “The possibilities of financial levies at European level must be seriously examined and for the first time the large countries in the union are open to that,”, credit to the newspaper De Tijd. The EU and the Bilderbergers love global carbon taxes and as many taxes as possible in society. The Bilderbergers was created by Vatican agents and Western elitists. Belgium expelled the Jesuits in 1818 and when the Jesuits were expelled form Germany in 1872, they came into Belgium. Further, the Order was expelled from all public and private schools in Belgium in September, 1826 according to Eric Jon Phelps. The new EU President according to Daniel Taylor said that he wants global goverance, because of the world financial crisis. He said that: "...2009 is also the first year of global governance, with the establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis. The climate conference in Copenhagen is another step towards the global management of our planet..." So, Rompuy is a Jesuit-trained globalist through and through. Rompuy doesn't want Turkey to be apart of the EU, because Turkey is mostly Muslim and he wants to promote "Christian values." He has the nerve to talk about Christian values when the EU constantly suppresses the liberties of people in Europe.

London, England (LifeNews.com) -- After he was the victim of an automobile accident, doctors said 23-year-old Rom Houben was in a comatose state and unable to communicate with those around him. Now, 23 years later, the 46-year-old says he felt trapped as he was conscious the entire time and attempted to communicate.

Houben became paralyzed after the crash but, thanks to advances in medical technology, he is now able to tell the world his thoughts via computer.

"I screamed, but there was nothing to hear," he told the London Daily Mail newspaper.

"I dreamed myself away," he said of how he coped with the situation. "All that time I just literally dreamed of a better life. Frustration is too small a word to describe what I felt."

Although tests at the time showed that he was essentially "extinct," newer tests conducted just three years ago showed Houben's brain was functioning normally -- and his renewed ability to communicate is something he describes as a "second birth."

"I shall never forget the day when they discovered what was truly wrong with me - it was my second birth," he told the paper. "I want to read, talk with my friends via the computer and enjoy my life now that people know I am not dead."

British neurological expert Dr. Steven Laureys has described Houben's case in a new paper and said, "Medical advances caught up with him."

The paper indicates doctors used the internationally accepted Glasgow Coma Scale to assess his eye, verbal and motor responses, but the results were incorrect.

Laureys says physicians need to not be so quick to label patients as in a vegetative state, because such a diagnosis can be incorrect.

"'Anyone who bears the stamp of "unconscious" just one time hardly ever gets rid of it again," he said.

American bioethicist Wesley J. Smith commented today on the case and said it has significant implications for the euthanasia and assisted suicide debate.

"We hear constantly that people diagnosed as being persistently unconscious should be dehydrated to death because they are not 'persons,' or are actually 'dead' -- and so should be available for organ harvesting," he said.

"We hear that even if the family resists, futile care theory should permit bioethics committees to impose unilateral withdrawal. And we hear this even as repeated studies demonstrate that 40 or more percent of patients diagnosed as PVS really aren't," he continued.

Smith says "there are abundant reasons to treat people with profound cognitive disabilities as fully human beings."

"First and foremost, because they are us. Second, because we don't know enough about how the brain works to know that there won't be some regeneration to permit eventual restoration of some function. But also, because there is always hope," he said.

"Houben is here today only because he wasn't dehydrated to death," Smith concludes.

"There is no doubt he went through a horrendous experience, but thanks to treating him as a fully equal human being by caring for him all those years and giving him tests late into his disability–explicitly refused to Terri Schiavo–he is here today to tell tale and live the rest of his life," he said.

"And for goodness sake, whatever you believe about these issues, don't talk in the presence of PVS or other apparently unconscious patients as if they aren't there. Rather, always treat such people as if they can hear you, because sometimes they can," Smith said.

Hacked emails discussed manipulating data to “hide the decline” in global temperatures

Calls for an independent inquiry into what is being dubbed “Climategate” are growing as the foundation for man-made global warming implodes following the release of emails which prove researchers colluded to manipulate data in order to “hide the decline” in global temperatures.
Former British chancellor Lord Lawson was the latest to demand an impartial investigation be launched into the scandal, which arrives just weeks before the UN climate conference in Copenhagen. “They should set up a public inquiry under someone who is totally respected and get to the truth,” he told the BBC Radio Four Today programme.
The emails were leaked at the end of last week after hackers penetrated the servers of the Climatic Research Unit, which is based at the University of East Anglia, in eastern England. The CRU is described as one of the leading climate research bodies in the world.
The hacked documents and communications reveal how top scientists conspired to falsify data in the face of declining global temperatures in order to prop up the premise that man-made factors are driving climate change. Others illustrate how they embarked on a venomous and coordinated campaign to ostracize climate skeptics and use their influence to keep dissenting reports from appearing in peer-reviewed journals, as well as using cronyism to avoid compliance with Freedom of Information Act requests.

As expected, the establishment media has gone into whitewash overdrive, characterizing the emails as evidence of “rancor” amongst the climate community and focusing on some of the lesser emails while ignoring the true significance of what has been revealed.
Organizations with close ties to the CRU have engaged in psychological terrorism by fearmongering about the planet with doomsday scenarios, illustrating their argument with outlandish propaganda animation videos which show pets drowning and others that show computer-generated polar bears crashing to earth in a throwback to 9/11 victims jumping from the towers, when in reality polar bear population figures are thriving.
“One of the emails under scrutiny, written by Phil Jones, the centre’s director, in 1999, reads: “I’ve just completed Mike’s Nature [the science journal] trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie, from 1981 onwards) and from 1961 for Keith’s to hide the decline,” reports the London Telegraph.
The author admitted to the Associated Press that the e mail was genuine.
In another example, researchers discuss data that is “artificially adjusted to look closer to the real temperatures”. Apparently, the “real temperatures” are whatever global warming cheerleaders want them to be.
As Anthony Watts writes, attempts to claim e mails are “out of context,” as the defense has been from CRU, cannot apply in this instance.
You can claim an email you wrote years ago isn’t accurate saying it was “taken out of context”, but a programmer making notes in the code does so that he/she can document what the code is actually doing at that stage, so that anyone who looks at it later can figure out why this function doesn’t plot past 1960. In this case, it is not allowing all of the temperature data to be plotted. Growing season data (summer months when the new tree rings are formed) past 1960 is thrown out because “these will be artificially adjusted to look closer to the real temperatures”, which implies some post processing routine.
Spin that, spin it to the moon if you want. I’ll believe programmer notes over the word of somebody who stands to gain from suggesting there’s nothing “untowards” about it.
Either the data tells the story of nature or it does not. Data that has been “artificially adjusted to look closer to the real temperatures” is false data, yielding a false result.
Another email discusses changing temperature data to fix “blips” in studies so as to make them conform with expectations, which of course is the cardinal sin of scientific research.
“Conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organized resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more” was revealed in the 61 megabites of confidential files released on the Internet for anyone to read, writes Andrew Bolt.

Another email appears to celebrate the death of climate change skeptic John L Daly, with the words, “In an odd way this is cheering news.”
In another communication, the author expresses his fantasy to “beat the crap out of” climate change skeptics.

In another exchange, researchers appear to discuss ways to discredit James Saiers of the Geophysical Research Letters journal, by means of an academic witch hunt, because of his sympathies with climate change skeptics.
“If you think that Saiers is in the greenhouse skeptics camp, then, if we can find documentary evidence of this, we could go through official AGU channels to get him ousted.”
Other emails express doubt about whether the world is really heating up and infer that data needs to be reinterpreted.
“The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t. The CERES data published in the August BAMS 09 supplement on 2008 shows there should be even more warming: but the data are surely wrong. Our observing system is inadequate.”
Scientists discuss trying to disguise historical data that contradicts the man-made climate change thesis, such as the Medieval Warm Period (MWP), which must be ‘contained’ according to one email.
Suppression of evidence is also discussed, with scientists resolving to delete embarrassing emails.
“And, perhaps most reprehensibly,” writes James Delingpole, a long series of communications discussing how best to squeeze dissenting scientists out of the peer review process. How, in other words, to create a scientific climate in which anyone who disagrees with AGW can be written off as a crank, whose views do not have a scrap of authority.”

“This was the danger of always criticising the skeptics for not publishing in the “peer-reviewed literature”. Obviously, they found a solution to that–take over a journal! So what do we do about this? I think we have to stop considering “Climate Research” as a legitimate peer-reviewed journal. Perhaps we should encourage our colleagues in the climate research community to no longer submit to, or cite papers in, this journal. We would also need to consider what we tell or request of our more reasonable colleagues who currently sit on the editorial board…What do others think?”
“I will be emailing the journal to tell them I’m having nothing more to do with it until they rid themselves of this troublesome editor.”“It results from this journal having a number of editors. The responsible one for this is a well-known skeptic in NZ. He has let a few papers through by Michaels and Gray in the past. I’ve had words with Hans von Storch about this, but got nowhere. Another thing to discuss in Nice!”
Scientists also “discussed ways of dodging Freedom of Information Act requests to release temperature data,” reports the Daily Mail.
The emails show that scientists relied on cronyism and cosying up to FOIA officials to prevent them from being forced to release data.

“When the FOI requests began here, the FOI person said we had to abide by the requests,’ the email says. “It took a couple of half-hour sessions to convince them otherwise.”
“Once they became aware of the types of people we were dealing with, everyone at UEA became very supportive. I’ve got to know the FOI person quite well and the chief librarian – who deals with appeals.”
It is important to stress that this compendium merely scratches the surface of the monumental levels of fraud that have been exposed as a result of the hacked emails.
People will look back on this moment as the beginning of the end for global warming alarmism and the agenda to implement draconian measures of regulation and control along with the levy of a global carbon tax.
Many more revelations will be forthcoming as a result of this leak, and the desperate effort on behalf of the establishment to whitewash the whole issue will only end up making the damage worse.

Who’s the extremist? The Malthusian calling for world government to scale down human population or the one reporting on it?

While the Anti-Defamation League is busying itself with smearing truth tellers, the globalists meanwhile openly call for global governance and population reduction. Oh yes, the issues we cover here are quite extreme. If that makes those reporting on them extremist conspiracy theorists intent on blowing up a federal buildings- well, let’s round up all those who investigate anything, drive them into camps and warm up the oven. After all, they might be domestic terrorists.
Take for example a publication issued by the EU-chapter of the Club of Rome titled ‘ The Crisis, Global Governance and the Road to Copenhagen’ (click to find out whether this issue is a conspiracy theory or no). In this recent newsletter put out under auspices of His Royal Highness Prince Philip of Belgium (Saxe-Coburg-Gotha), the statement reads:

“We should not let any longer “laissez-faire” economic philosophy spill over and contain ambitious global policies. The survival of a great part of mankind is at stake. Do we need to wait for the date when the maximum number of human that the planet can bear will be reached?”
I know, it’s extremist beyond measure to report on this statement, but we just can’t help ourselves. I could of course pretend I didn’t actually read the statement in this pamphlet, saying that:
“The recent events should generate the required lucidity to undertake for the 30 years to come a collective and reasonable management and allocation of natural resources. (…). They should lead to the mutualisation of the planet resources with sound global governance; (…). Otherwise there is a significant risk that humanity will fulfil Malthus’ theories, where “natural” adjustment (in form of famine, disease, epidemic, natural catastrophes, war…) would put back the world population in line with the available resources.”
Before I could avert my eyes, I also had a glimpse of the following statement:

“Many measures leading to solutions of these problems are known and the Club of Rome has long been advocating for many of them: geo-engineering, zero waste & zero carbon policies, energy taxes, de-growth of consumption in many areas…”
I’m not sure continuing to quote the Club of Rome constitutes a dangerous and extremist conspiracy theory, but hey, there it is anyway.
In their witch-hunt for extremisms, why doesn’t the ADL visit the White House, the UN, the Counsel on Foreign relations and the annual Bilderberg conferences while they’re at it. Enough extremism there to keep you busy till rapture.

Please pay a visit also to professor Saul Mendlovitz, Co-Director of World Order Models Project (WOMP) and ask him if the scribe got it right when he recorded him saying in his acceptance speech at the award ceremony of the 1990 UNESCO ‘Prize for Peace Education’ (page 36):
“It is my personal belief (not shared by all members of WOMP) that there is an overwhelming surge in the direction of global polity and that a world state is emerging. Indeed, some of the policy élite are beginning to discuss a single world central bank and a single currency.”
Another one who can be reasonably suspected as being extremist, is former president of the European Commission Jacques Delors who on September 7, 1992, gave a speech to the Royal Institute of International Affairs titled ‘The European Community and the New World Order’ in which he speaks of “world government”, “transferring sovereignty” and a “worldwide single market”.

“I would add”, stated Delors, “and I will not go into detail- that economic integration, unless it is backed by a strong political will, will not in itself produce stronger international institutions or help create world government.”
In searching for extremism it will also be worth while paying a visit to John P. Holdren’s office. You will probably find a copy of his book Ecoscience there. Have him read back the book to you and ask him to elaborate.
The list of anti-human statements from the global elite goes on. If the Anti-Defamation league is serious about its claim to go after extremism, it would be wise to go after the New World Order, not those who try to stop their openly announced plan for world domination in its tracks.

For those of us “skeptics” and “deniers” who have been jumping up and down, pointing at the Sun, and saying, “See, it’s the Sun that determines how warm or cool the Earth is. See it? Up there in the sky?” The truth about some of the scientists behind the global warming hoax has finally arrived.

Now that Hadley CRU and its conspirators have been exposed, there truly is no need to hold a December UN climate change conference in Copenhagen.

The hoax has its roots in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), an instrument of the United Nations Environmental Program, for whom global warming was the open sesame to achieving a one-world-government by scaring nations into signing a treaty that would control their use of energy, the means of producing it, and require vast billions to be sent to less developed nations in exchange for “emitting” greenhouse gases.

Energy is called “the master resource” because, if you have lots of it, you can call your own shots. If you don’t, you are condemned to live in the dark and keeping people in the dark about the global warming hoax was essential.

For years the IPCC has been controlled by a handful of the worst liars in the world, utterly devoted to taking actual climate data and twisting it to confirm the assertion that the Earth was not only warming dramatically, but that humanity was in peril of rising oceans, melting glaciers and polar ice caps, more hurricanes, the die-off of countless animal species, and every other calamity that could possibly be attributed to “global warming”, including acne.

So, around November 20, when some enterprising individual hacked into the computers of the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (CRU), making off with thousands of emails and documents that demonstrate the level of collusion and deception being practiced by its scientists.

It’s a climate hoax expose that some are calling the revelations a “little blue dress” while others are comparing it to the Pentagon Papers. It has also been dubbed “climategate.”

As James Delingpole wrote in the Telegraph, one of England’s leading newspapers, “Conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organized resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more” was revealed in the 61 megabites of confidential files released on the Internet for anyone to read.

The conspirators had a visceral hatred for scientists who challenged their phony statistics and climate data, but they also agonized over the difficulties of hiding a long established climate cycle such as the Medieval Warm Period. At one point it was left out of a graph that famously became known as “the hockey stick” because it depicted a ludicrous sudden rise in warming, ignoring the previous natural cycle.

At the heart of the revelations were the intense efforts to ensure that no legitimate scientist, particularly those dissenting from the various IPCC reports, would be allowed to participate in the peer review process. Peer review is an essential element in science as it permits other scientists to examine and test the data being put forth to substantiate a new interpretation or discovery.

The IPCC reports were the basis by which popular media such as National Geographic, Time and Newsweek magazines could spread the lies about a dramatic “global warming”, passing them off to an unsuspecting and scientifically illiterate general public. At the same time, the lies were integrated them into school curriculums and maintained by Hollywood celebrities, politicians and others, duped or deliberately ignorant.

To this day, otherwise legitimate news media outlets continue to trumpet and repeat absolute nonsense about “global warming” like brain-dead parrots.

Now that Hadley CRU and its conspirators have been exposed, there truly is no need to hold a December UN climate change conference in Copenhagen; one in which nations would be required to put limits on “greenhouse gas emissions” even though such gases, primarily carbon dioxide, have nothing to do with altering the Earth’s climate.

And that is why you are going to hear more about “climate change” and far less about “global warming.” Hidden in such discussions, intended to justify legislation and regulation, is that the Earth’s climate has always and will always change.

It is, for example, shameful and deceitful for the EPA to claim carbon dioxide is a “pollutant” that should be regulated. The same applies to “cap-and-trade” legislation with the same purpose.

Billions of taxpayer dollars have been wasted on studies of global warming and poured into agencies such as NASA that have lent credence to the global warming hoax.

“The U.S. taxpayer has much exposure here in the joint projects and collaborations which operated in reliance upon what the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit was doing,” says Christopher C. Horner, a longtime global warming skeptic. “There are U.S. taxpayer-funded offices and individuals involved in the machinations addressed in the emails, and in the emails themselves.”

Horner, the author of “Red Hot Lies”, said that the initial revelations “give the appearance of a conspiracy to defraud, by parties working in taxpayer funded agencies collaborating on ways to misrepresent material on which an awful lot of taxpayer money rides.”

The climate, defined as long term trends, and the weather has nothing whatever to do with human activity and suggesting it does reveals the depth of contempt that people like Al Gore and his ilk have for humanity and those fleeced by purchasing “carbon credits” or paying more for electricity when their utility does.

The East Anglia CRU charlatans have been exposed. Most certainly, the United Nations IPCC should be disbanded in disgrace. It belongs in a museum of hoaxes right beside the Piltdown Man and the Loch Ness Monster.

You've heard the pravda before but these statements by the UN Population Fund are simply over the top:
The battle against global warming could be helped if the world slowed population growth by making free condoms and family planning advice more widely available, the U.N. Population Fund said Wednesday
The Fund did fall short of recommending mandates (how noble!):
The agency did not recommend countries set limits on how many children people should have, but said: "Women with access to reproductive health services ... have lower fertility rates that contribute to slower growth in greenhouse gas emissions."
"As the growth of population, economies and consumption outpaces the Earth's capacity to adjust, climate change could become much more extreme and conceivably catastrophic," the report said.
The agenda is clear: "fund contraception and abortion before global warming destroys the earth. A mandate (wink) is not necessary."
Population control enthusiasts and radical abortion advocates have long exploited reports of global warming to motivate their agenda. Perhaps they better check the facts and the noted climate researchers who are now reeling following the disclosure of private emails that suggest spin and cover-up instead of observation and analysis:

In one leaked e-mail, the research center's director, Phil Jones, writes to colleagues about graphs showing climate statistics over the last millennium. He alludes to a technique used by a fellow scientist to "hide the decline" in recent global temperatures. Some evidence appears to show a halt in a rise of global temperatures from about 1960, but is contradicted by other evidence which appears to show a rise in temperatures is continuing.

Jones wrote that, in compiling new data, he had "just completed Mike's Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (i.e., from 1981 onwards) and from 1961 for Keith's to hide the decline," according to a leaked e-mail, which the author confirmed was genuine.
What you should realize is the backdrop behind this story, the ugly truth that the models upon which global warming conjectures are built have not been confirmed by observations over the last 10 years:
Global warming appears to have stalled. Climatologists are puzzled as to why average global temperatures have stopped rising over the last 10 years. Some attribute the trend to a lack of sunspots, while others explain it through ocean currents.

The 1079 emails and 72 documents seem indeed evidence of a scandal involving most of the most prominent scientists pushing the man-made warming theory - a scandal that is one of the greatest in modern science. I've been adding some of the most astonishing in updates below - emails suggesting conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organized resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more. If it is as it now seems, never again will "peer review" be used to shout down skeptics.

This is clearly not the work of some hacker, but of an insider who's now blown the whistle. Redstate and Hotair have more including an excellent summary of the facts.
Considering the use of global warming in setting public policy, motivating social engineering and advancing various population control agenda, the implications of this scandal would be difficult to overstate.

Shareholder Revolt
Some of Goldman Sach’s biggest shareholders are demanding that executive compensation be reduced. As the Wall Street Journal notes:
Their complaints in private conversations with the company and at analyst meetings show how anger over its big-money culture is spilling into the ranks of investors who typically shy away from debates over Wall Street pay.
Congresswoman Kaptur advises her constituents facing foreclosure to demand that the original mortgage papers be produced.
Protests
There were the protests outside of the Bankers Association meeting in Chicago. See this, this, this, this, this and this.
If you don’t think that more – bigger – protests are coming, you haven’t been paying attention.
Debtor’s Revolt
Debtors are revolting against exorbitant interest rates and fees and other aggressive tactics by the too big to fail banks. See this, this, and this.

Congresswoman Kaptur advises her constituents facing foreclosure to demand that the original mortgage papers be produced. She says that – if the bank can’t produce the mortgage papers – then the homeowner can stay in the house.
Portfolio manager and investment advisor Marshall Auerback argues that a debtor’s revolt would be a good thing.
And even popular personal finance advisor Suze Orman is highlighting the debtors revolt phenomenon on her national tv show.
Congress Is Starting to Get the Message

The American people are shouting so loud at their congress members and Senators, that even some of the most pro-Wall Street congressman are starting to get it.
For example, the Congressional Black Caucus has been hearing so much about how congress is failing to address the crisis of unemployment from their constituents, that the CBC delayed Barney Frank’s proposed financial reform.
The House Financial Services Committee received so many phone calls from constituents that it approved the Ron Paul/Alan Grayson bill to audit the Fed and defeated the trojan horse alternate bill written by Mel Watt. Indeed, I have heard from congressional sources that the only calls to support the Watt alternate bill were from the Fed itself. And see this.
The Committee also approved Congressman Grayson’s bill to rein in foreign currency swaps.
Both Geithner and Summers are coming under increasing pressure to resign due to their being in bed with Wall Street.
Even Bernanke’s re-appointment is no longer certain.
And Obama’s approval ratings have now dipped below 50%, largely due to his mishandling of the economic crisis.
As Congressman Peter DeFazio notes:
There were a lot of Democrats who were “upset and nervous with” the handling of the economy by the administration.
“It is pretty embarrassing for a Democratic administration and a Democratic Congress to be identified with total attention to Wall Street and nothing for Main Street and jobs,” he said. “There are a lot of Democrats who… want to see something more effective done to create employment.”
DeFazio insisted that President Obama and, by extension, the Democratic Party were hampered by Geithner’s policies for economic recovery. He pointed to the inability of the administration to spur small business lending and the lack of effective TARP oversight as particularly egregious examples of mismanagement. More than anything else, the Oregon Democrat deemed it untenable for the president to continue employing his current economic team given the taint of Wall Street that clings to many of those advisers.

“I have had a number of people say to me, ‘I feel the same way you do but I’m not going to say it.’ People are worried it will rub off on the president who still enjoys popularity,” he said. “I tell them I still support the president. I just think he is being poorly served by his economic team.”
“The truth of the matter,” DeFazio added, “is that we have not changed the way the money is being used. It is not being used for the purpose it was supposed to be used for. We are not creating jobs and we have not aggressively taken on the culture of Wall Street”…
One of his chief concerns was that the president appeared enamored with the lords of finance. “The administration has, thus far, not threaded the needle here,” he said. “They have taken care of Wall Street but not the rest of the country.”
