(HDIDT)Well just to get an idea as to what I eat and how much exercise I get on a normal day here is what I did today;<br /><br />1 Mug of coffee w/half and half and (yow!) 4 tps of sugar<br /><span style="color:#3333ff;">TOTAL CALORIES=113</span><br /><span style="color:#ff0000;">Lunch</span><br />Some Chips and salsa <em>(not calculated)</em><br />Grilled chicken pita at Chilli's<br />Iced Tea w/Equal<br /><span style="color:#3333ff;">TOTAL CALORIES=</span><span style="color:#3333ff;"> 557</span><br /><span style="color:#ff0000;">Dinner</span><br />Fire-Grilled Chicken Salad from BK w Ceasar dressing and croutons<br />Pepsi One<br /><span style="color:#3333ff;">TOTAL CALORIES= 391</span><br /><span style="color:#3333ff;"></span><br /><span style="color:#3333ff;"><strong>Daily Total=approx 1061</strong></span><br /><strong><span style="color:#3333ff;"></span></strong><br /><span style="color:#000000;">So for a 6'2" 295lbs guy that doesn't seem to bad huh? Now the bad news.....</span><br /><br /><strong>Exercise= Walking, sleeping etc (No aerobic activity)</strong><br />According to <a href="http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.cgi">http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.cgi</a> I burn approx 3121 calories just by being alive.
