You will need a small amount for each 'Fry'. I used a 'G' hook. Chain as long as you want your fry. Remember it will become shorter as you 'curl' it. I usually chain about 40 or less. For a really curly fry, I alternate sc twice and three times in each ch. For a looser fry, I alternate sc once or twice in each ch.
