In April our first child was born, a girl called Rose. So we have been busy with all things parent related. The summer has been very exciting with us helping at Hilfield Youth Camp in Dorset. A large group went from Sandal, and although the weather was poor we managed to have an enjoyable week. Each Sunday will have two morning services, a traditional (usually) Holy Communion at 9.15am and a more informal service at 10.45am. Each Sunday will have it's own flavour, covering family friendly worship, praise services and Eucharist. The funeral was very beautiful and the tributes to him were fitting for a man who brought so much joy to so many people. Our prayers are with all the family. Rupert spoke well and the service was full of hope. St. Helen's Church was full of well wishes.
