It has been almost three years since I have been in Blythe. In 2007 the Radhanatha event started. Radhanatha Swami's Autobiography has been released almost to the day of my return here.

Since John McCain and John Kyl are Arizona senators this should add legal and historical interest. Jane Napolitano is also has been the Governor and is now Homeland Security Secretary.

Since Barack Obama has won the Nobel Peace Prize this also provides for contrast. This area has very negative antecedents for both Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

Three years ago I stated from almost the exact location from where I am writing that the persons were on my side would win and those on LAPD's side would lose.

This is true. In three years time people became doctors and lawyers. I should have written a a 300 page book. I did easily write well over that amount in journals and direct complaints. I have about 2500 friends on Facebook sites.

I feel more defined. I am openly challenging the University of California on the sanitization of history and academic fraud.

Open Letter To Nobel Foundation

On October 9, the Nobel Foundation announced that the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 would go to President Barack Obama. The Foundation’s reasoning is that the mechanistic diplomacy of Obama is initiating a new climate of cooperation and the use of multilateral organizations to solve nuclear proliferation.

Thanks to Obama's initiative, the USA is now playing a more constructive role in meeting the great climatic challenges the world is confronting. Democracy and human rights are to be strengthened.

I awoke early on October 9, 2009 in Big Pine, California. The wheat next to me is one of the most important pieces of evidence in the History of the United States and International Law. It has been consistently chemically contaminated by LAPD who is pursuing a LGBTi agenda.

The Nobel Peace Prize for 2009

The Norwegian Nobel Committee has decided that the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 is to be awarded to President Barack Obama for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples. The Committee has attached special importance to Obama's vision of and work for a world without nuclear weapons.

Obama has as President created a new climate in international politics. Multilateral diplomacy has regained a central position, with emphasis on the role that the United Nations and other international institutions can play. Dialogue and negotiations are preferred as instruments for resolving even the most difficult international conflicts. The vision of a world free from nuclear arms has powerfully stimulated disarmament and arms control negotiations. Thanks to Obama's initiative, the USA is now playing a more constructive role in meeting the great climatic challenges the world is confronting. Democracy and human rights are to be strengthened.

Only very rarely has a person to the same extent as Obama captured the world's attention and given its people hope for a better future. His diplomacy is founded in the concept that those who are to lead the world must do so on the basis of values and attitudes that are shared by the majority of the world's population.

For 108 years, the Norwegian Nobel Committee has sought to stimulate precisely that international policy and those attitudes for which Obama is now the world's leading spokesman. This site has been developed to facilitate the exposure of systematic human rights abuse that has been ongoing since June 17, 1987. It appears that Inyo County and Owens Valley was a focal target to implement this attack on the United States. The non-military use of Chemical Assault is proliferated with impunity. I am using the term Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. The Owens Valley exists as a Scorched Earth.

If I was asked I would state that this region should be prosecuted in the TOP THREE for Crimes Against Humanity. This would be under United Federal Law. This strategic mission was to implement Gay or Opposite Sex Marriage.

I am clearly heterosexual and have supported Proposition 22 in 2000 and Proposition 8 in 2008. The recruitment of informants to facilitate these acts and perform harassment against myself and others in this setting constitutes treason and obstruction of justice.

LAPD wishes to use the racketeering of drug contraband to facilitate their agenda. I am a three strikes supporter. There are only 5000 plus persons living in Bishop and the persons that use crime as part of their livelihood won't be missed and it will not be hard to find you.

Another journalistic icon dies. In degree the future is going to need to critically analyze the mythologies they are being presented. Ritualistically selling of the future for a dependent position earning a living is normative and demeans many persons both liberal and conservative. The vacuum of credible confrontation over the Chemical Assault over the Reagan – Obama presidencies cast significant doubt over this generation.

Safire died from pancreatic cancer at a hospice in Rockville, Maryland on September 27, 2009. He is survived by his wife Helene; their children Mark and Annabel, and a granddaughter.

Safire joined the New York Times as a political columnist in 1973. In 1978, he won the Pulitzer Prize for commentary on Bert Lance's alleged budgetary irregularities. However, subsequent investigations by Congress found no wrongdoing.

Since 1995 Safire had served as a member of the Pulitzer Board. After ending his op-ed column, Safire became the full-time chief executive of the Dana Foundation where he was chairman from 2000.

In 2006, Safire was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by George W. Bush.

Safire also often hosted meetings of the Judson Welliver Society, a bipartisan social club of former presidential speechwriters.

Politics
Safire described himself as a libertarian conservative. A Washington Post story on the ending of his op-ed column quotes him on the subject:

I'm willing to zap conservatives when they do things that are not libertarian. [After the 9/11 attacks,] I was the first to really go after George W. on his treatment of prisoners.
After voting for Bill Clinton in 1992, Safire became one of the leading critics of Clinton's administration. Hillary Clinton in particular was often the target of his ire. He caused a mild tempest when he called her a "congenital liar"; Hillary responded that she didn't feel offended for herself, but for her mother's sake. According to the president's press secretary at the time, Mike McCurry, "the president, if he were not the president, would have delivered a more forceful response to that on the bridge of Mr. Safire's nose."

Safire was one of several voices who called for war with Iraq, and predicted a "quick war," with Iraqis cheering their liberators. Many readers who followed his columns in The New York Times felt dismayed when he consistently brought up the point that an Iraqi intelligence agent met with Mohamed Atta, one of the 9/11 attackers, in Prague, Czech Republic.[4] This theory had been debunked by the CIA and other credible intelligence agencies[5] (see Mohamed Atta's alleged Prague connection). Still Safire kept insisting that this theory was true and used it to make a case for war against Iraq. Several prominent journalists have written in-depth criticisms of Safire's columns in the years after 9/11, including The Nation writer David Corn and former 60 Minutes producer Barry Lando. "Safire's recent work - unburdened by factchecking, unchallenged by editors - shows he is more intent on manipulating than interpreting the available information," Corn wrote in 2004. On Salon.com, Lando details Safire's false accusations toward a French company for facilitating a weapons materials sale between China and Iraq - a sale that in fact never went through. Lando uses Safire's allegedly irresponsible and erroneous writing to address the larger question of op-ed columnists' accountability and how it differs from that of news reporters.

He was a staunch defender of policy in favor of Israel and for this reason received the Guardian of Zion Award of Bar-Ilan University in 2005.

Michelle Obama has now fully entered the political arena on healthcare. This clearly defines here on Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth. I do believe that healthcare is a woman’s issue. It will be interesting to critically analyze the accountability for the health and environmental disaster that is being hoisted on the HUMAN RACE; not just American woman and children. Obama cites a possible meningitis scare with daughter Sasha and how Barack and her were terrified. Laws and policies are created for the security of the Future’s Futures. Michelle needs cognition of reality. Power will keep the truth away only for so long. Kathy Sebelius and her now join Hillary Clinton as targets of Muchausen by Proxy Syndrome although this issue is becoming gender neutral.

During an appearance with Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, Obama linked the goal of disrupting "a status quo that is just unacceptable" and the centuries-old struggle for women's rights. Departing several times from her prepared remarks, Obama urged about 140 representatives of the health-care industry and women's groups to "mobilize like you've never mobilized before."

In the first eight months of her husband's presidency, as in the campaign, Michelle Obama has tended to her children, made community appearances and generally tried to stay within the lines of what the public sees as appropriate for a first lady. But Obama made clear Friday she sees herself as part of a sisterhood.

"In many states, insurance companies can still discriminate because of gender. And this is still shocking to me," said Obama, who was a vice president with the University of Chicago hospital system. "These are the kind of facts that still wake me up at night, that women in this country have been denied coverage because of preexisting conditions like having a C-section or having had a baby," or having been a victim of domestic violence.

Women frequently are charged more than men of the same age for the same insurance when shopping for individual policies; one study found the disparity can be as great as 48 percent. Insurance companies are regulated at the state level; only 10 states ban gender rating, and two others offer limited protection, according to a 2008 report from the National Women's Law Center.

Such practices would not be permissible under the reform proposals now under consideration.

In two years of campaigning, Obama said, she heard stories from women across the country about how costs and insurance battles were pushing families to the brink, "that they were being crushed, crushed by the current structure of our health care."

Women are disproportionately affected because they are more likely to work part time or in small businesses, jobs less likely to offer health insurance. And Obama said women are predominantly responsible for making medical appointments for their children and dealing with sick and elderly parents.

Ted Kennedy – Dead at 77

The death of Democratic icon Ted Kennedy gives meaning to the Change that was promised by Barack Obama. The Senator who died of brain cancer, has a 50 year legacy. His social welfare based liberalism earned him the moniker Lion of the Senate. Barack Obama has already has stated, “ An important chapter has come to our end. Our country has lost a great leader, who picked up the torch for his fallen brothers and became the greatest Senator of our time.”

This eulogy is refuted herein. There has been an overt Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth against the United States since June 17, 1987. So for over 22 years this Lion has not not fought let alone roared. Around May 30 2007 – Big Pine

When adventurer Steve Fosset attempted to fly into Bishop, California he did so into a Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth. I was sitting on public use land a few miles from the Bishop Airport where he was scheduled to land. Fosset left Nevada in a plane owned by Baron Hilton – onetime hotel magnate and parent of celebrity Paris Hilton.

Plane crashes in the Eastern High Sierras are not rare. I prefer the bus to flying out of Reno International Airport.

I am going to challenge the University of California on it’s legal obligation to present history.

In the hills east of Big Pine the oldest living trees exist at over 5000 years old.

James Stephen Fossett (April 22, 1944 – c. September 3, 2007) was an American businessman, aviator, sailor, and adventurer and the first person to fly solo nonstop around the world in a balloon. He made his fortune in the financial services industry, and was best known for many world records, including five nonstop circumnavigations of the Earth: as a long-distance solo balloonist, as a sailor, and as a solo flight fixed-wing aircraft pilot.

A fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and the Explorers Club, Fossett set 116 records in five different sports, 60 of which still stand, as of June 2007[update].

On September 3, 2007, Fossett was reported missing after the plane he was flying over the Nevada desert failed to return. Despite a month of searches by the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) and others, Fossett could not be found, and the search by CAP was called off on October 2, 2007. Privately funded and privately directed search efforts continued but, after a request from Fossett's wife, he was declared legally dead on February 15, 2008.

On September 29, 2008, a hiker found Fossett's identification cards in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California, and the crash site was discovered a few days later. On November 3, 2008, tests conducted on two bones recovered about 750 feet from the site of the crash produced a match to Fossett's DNA. This ostensibly confirmed his death.

According to interviews by the Discovery Channel (who provided a camera crew the day after his FAA ID and $1005 were found by a hiker) the one fact that disputes the official findings was the location of hardware that had been part of the pilot's harness. Challenges Within a Paradigm Shift: The Implementation of MOEC - Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth

I call for your immediate attention to this outrageous crime and for doing everything to guarantee a thorough investigation of this killing. Amnesty International believes that Natalia Estemirova was murdered due to her professional human rights activities. She was a courageous woman who had investigated and reported human rights abuses in Chechnya, such as torture and other ill-treatment, unlawful killings and enforced disappearances and had provided assistance to displaced and disadvantaged people. The murder of Natalia Estemirova sheds further light on the precarious circumstances in which human rights defenders work in the Russian Federation. On June 4, 2009 Queen Elizabeth II of England awarded England's second highest honor to chief William Bratton of LAPD with the honorary title of Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

This peerage was awarded due to his efforts to promote cooperation between England and the United States. Bratton's work as a consultant to diffuse tension in Northern Ireland is cited as a reason.

Where is the software?

After much trial and tribulation I am writing and online with an Asus 1000he netbook. The size is nice but the speed so far is less than my HP Dv1600 Cto with only 60 gigabytes of drive and a 1.60 mghz Centrino Mobile processor. The Atom has a similar speed.

You will pull your hair if you attempt to use a verizon smartphone as modem. It is likely that one should use the bluetooth settings on the device. One should disable the wlan and all other programs as active sync until the process is mastered.

The features as wireless N, 1.3 mgp camera, microphone, and bluetooth are good. One more gig of ram to two is needed.

I believe that the design is nice but speed may be missing for some.

It is now May 16 and after one week I basically have all my software up and running. I am using an external Mad Dog Multimedia Dual Layer Drive with Roxio Creator 9E. Not bad for $40 USD on ebay.

The camera is a Vista Quest 7 mp that I obtained for free cashback from a credit offering.

Totally configuration is $425 USD.

I look like a Mad Man from the Gaudiya Repercussions Forum.

We will hit the Chemical Assault with what we have.
