I am not sure when next to Ladakh. In 2007 we are planning to go to lahul and Spiti in June. Nothing planned beyond that :)

But you travel to so many wonderful places. I feel I can never summon up that energy level. Sigh.
And visiting Sikkim in December. Wow! Its going to be COLD, I bet :-) We went to Tsang-Ho lake in May, it was raining, and despite wearing a jacket, I was shivering! But it is really really beautiful. And we were told that the weather is clearest in Nov-Jan. So I hope you will get great views of the Kanchunjunga, and post the pics for our benefit :-) We could not even catch a glimpse when we went there, because of the dense clouds thoughout our visit. And frozen Tsang-Ho lake would make a splendid sight too!

Sid, though Sesha, my husband has his family in Bangalore, we have hardly explored Karnataka :(

And due to some strange logic we always end up going to the Indian Himalayas one more time :) however hard I try to diversify, Sesha doesn't even pretend that he wants any other kind of a holiday. I know it sounds crazy but that is how it has been.

Rajeev, after every trip to the mountains in December I sware next time it would be to a sea beach but one year is a long time and I forget how cold it gets :) And I was at kanpur and we won the GC twice for the women's category.

I read your title and thought, "Me too!" I don't think there's such a thing as traveling too much.

Whenever I can't concentrate on work I like to take a little break and look at photos from past trips. It's like visiting those places all over again.

Looking at your pictures and reading your stories is almost a good as being there myself!

Really glad to knwo that you plan to goto Lahaul and Spiti. and Sikkim too, wow. Hats off to you for planning a trip in dec in sikkim ! I remember u had been to Bharmour in winters before.
For myself, i remember a trek to Nag Tibba in Gharwal in nov, we abandoned it midway because of cold ;).

Good to know you still play evryday . I never managed to get into even my hostel team at Delhi. But i always was an enthusiastic spectator.
