The two genders have different roles, but they are both important. I think that instead of looking at what men have, we women should look at what we have, ie. the mitzvah of taharas hamishpacha and mikva, preparing for shabbos and lighting the candles, raising the next generation, and helping the community, etc. There are many great women who give excellent lectures like Tziporah Heller, Shira Smiles and others. - The purpose of the mitzvot is to serve Hashem, and so we shouldn't think about what we want to do, but what Hashem wants from us. And we should remember that eventhough men and women have different roles, we are still equal. In fact, because of our different roles, we compliment each other and both bring something to the world and each other.sharonanoreply@blogger.com
