This position will establish solid relationships with local employers to increase access to job opportunities for residents who are looking for employment and to ensure that the Transitional Jobs Program goals are met. The Charlestown Substance Abuse Coalition (CSAC) is one of only 107 communities nationwide to receive the five-year federal grant this year.
