He has essentially called the people out who left bad comments. Arrogance. As the owner of a business, you should think about the impact of your words here, I've heard several people comment on your posting and quite frankly are very disappointed in how you handle conflict. If I were to complain, would I also recieve such negative feedback? Integrity. Much like love, is a word that is used but seldom practiced.
