Yes we need to learn from the past so we can improve the future. That is akey ingrediant in success. The question I pose to Coach Gable is if we all do this, aren't we only being reactive to our sport? Now I don't have Coach gable's experience, but I would guess that when we are proactive, or innovative, we take things to a new, higher level.
