EscapeWhodini is one of my favorite old school hip hop groups. This is their second album and is from 1984. It is my favorite of all of them. The standout songs are "Five Minutes of Funk", "Freaks Come out at Night", "Friends", and "Big Mouth". Other songs here are "Featuring Grand Master Dee", "Escape (I Need a Break)", "Out of Control", and "We Are Whodini". This is a classic old school album.

Fat BoysThis is a classic old school album from 1984. The Fat Boys were very popular in the mid 80s. I liked their fun style, and the human beatbox in their songs. This is my favorite album from them. This first album has "Jail House Rap", "Stick'Em", "Can You Feel It?", "Fat Boys", "The Place to Be", "Human Beat Box", and "Don't You Dog Me". My favorites are "Stick'Em" and "Human Beat Box".

Run-D.M.C. (Deluxe Expanded Edition)This is Run-DMC's debut album from 1984. Run-DMC is my favorite hip hop group. Straight Out the JungleThis is the Jungle Brothers debut album. I like the laid-back rap style on their songs. The title song "Straight out the Jungle" is my favorite. "Black Is Black", "Jimbrowski", "I'm Gonna Do You", "I'll House You", "Behind the Bush", and "Because I Got It Like That" are some of the other songs I like.

It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back This is a very strong follow up album by Public Enemy released in 1988. My favorite song is "Don't Believe the Hype". Some other songs I like are "Bring the Noise", "Night of the Living Baseheads", "Terminator X to the Edge of Panic", "Louder Than a Bomb", and "She Watch Channel Zero?!". A hard-hitting album that all old school fans should hear.
