"You are always molding yourselves into a better feeling place. And you will never get it done. It will never be completely finished. It will never be absolutely right. You will always have some dominant thoughts that are not a vibrational match to the new found desire. But that is always what your work is. And it's time for you to just begin relaxing about it, and not make it a personal issue of your own valor, or your own value, or your own integrity. In other words, it's just, how many times have I thought this thought?" Abraham

Perhaps there is power in chilling more and not so very focused on measuring everything we do against a personal issue of our own valor, or our own value...even our own integrity. Certainly I do not see license to just totally not give a hoot about anything, but to place gentle pronouncements upon our endeavors as we engage what is ours to do and be, rather than pronouncements that impact us as inept, failures or worse. Chill. What pronouncements? "Hey...I'm always molding myself into a better feeling place; I know that I will never get it wrong because I will never get it done; It's okay that it isn't just a complete perfect outcome to this moment, for I know that the best is yet to be." Perhaps?

Unique unto ourselves

"Everything is vibrational. 'I'm letting it in or I'm not. And I'm using lots of things as my excuse to let it in, or as my excuse not to let it in.' But it's all vibrational. Otherwise, we should be able to take 100 people, give them all identical exposure to experience, and get identical results. And you can't do that. You'd get 100 different results, and you'd get several big differences in results." (Abraham)

Indeed! We each pick the cadence of the drum of life we choose to follow. We each are a law unto our own selves and yet we often make a default choice to fit into the mold of another's choices so as to please another, which then is almost always at the expense of our own joy. Saying that, Abraham reminds us that in the current setting of things, we can march to the drum of, "well, in this recessionary economy..." or "as an integral part of the Universe of abundance, I am always tuned in, tapped in and turned on to the never ending flow of financial supply through my life." And, imagine how many more things we can extrapolate this into! So, filter what you hear and read through a screen that asks the questions, "Is this the Truth of the God-Self that I truly am?" And, "Is my making this part of my vibrational signature and its inevitable appearance on the screen of my life what I truly want to do. be and have?" The only drum beat you ever need to follow is the one that is continually extended from your God-Source-Self, and Its only message is Joy!

Fixated

"Get so fixated on what you want, that you drown out any vibration or reverberation that has anything to do with what you do not want." ...Abraham

Could it truly be as simple as this? I hear being said a restatement that the Realm of Source responds primarily, if not only, to the vibrational signature we are offering, and if we become so focused on an energy that is actually fixated on what we want to be, do and have...not what is...that the juggernaut will begin to reverse course and what we dream and desire will then have to find its way into the realities we are creating. How? Affirmations of empowerment. Rampages of appreciation. Conversations with people who share this value system. Treasure maps as well as any of the other techniques spoken to in their book Ask and It Is Given.

Things always work out for you! You can never get it wrong because you never get it done! The cattle on a thousand hills are yours! Seas part for you! You are unquestionably worthy of full access to a Universal storehouse that knows not the meaning of shortage. Yes?

The value of Joy

"You don't have to justify the good that flows to you; it is a given. You are of more value in the joy of your cross-stitching than in the struggle of your ironing." (Abraham)

And the "more value" references our alignment with the self which allows all our sought-for good to flow into our lives, not ever "more value" with Source Energy (God), for from this perspective our value is without question. So, if our weekly activities include ironing, somehow then to find joy within it, even if the joy comes from thinking of cross-stitching, or fly rod fishing, or hiking, or some other thing that brings us pleasure and joy. Because it is our vibrational continence that is constantly read by the Law of Attraction, the key is to find joy in ironing as well as within anything that is seems to be ours to do in life. Who are we always doing it for? Ourselves!

Feeling good

"When you find vibrational alignment with You, you personally thrive. You feel good; you look good; you have stamina; you have energy; you have balance; you have clarity; you have wit; you have abundance of all things that you consider to be good. You thrive in all ways when you come into Energy Balance with You. Vibrational Relativity - that's what it's all about." Abraham

Distilled, nothing matters in our journey but finding ways to feel good, to love, to laugh, to smile, to appreciate and to be joyous. We are not here to fulfill the will of a deity outside of us as in constantly praying to know God's will for our lives and then wondering whether or not we have "heard" correctly. You are the extension of this Energy called God or Source, hence God's will for you is whatever direction you choose to give it through you. True, some choices that we make have results that we do not like, but all those moments are, are moments of discovering what we don't want to repeat. Hence as we create our own realities we never are outside the will of this Energy Source we have called God, therefore we truly can never get it wrong because we never get it done, we are eternal.

Practice Makes Perfect

"When you acknowledge what you do not want, and then ask yourself, “What is it that I do want?” you begin a gradual shift into the telling of your new story and into a much-improved point of attraction. You get the essence of what you think about—whether you want it or not—because Law of Attraction is unerringly consistent—therefore, you are never only telling the story of “how it is now,” you are also telling the future experience that you are creating right now." Abraham

So often people are so very busy justifying where they are they don't see the connection between the stories they are telling and the realities they are living, as in we are the creators of our own reality. With humor, Abraham has said that if a tooth fell out, or a brick were to fall on our heads whenever we were focusing our minds on an unproductive level of energy we would eventually get the idea of the importance of staying focused on what we actually want to do, be and have. Remember, brief forays into areas of unproductive thought are really not an important player in our journey, but the habitual, focused, organ-recital-like expressions of our minds on everything that is wrong or bad wherein we are not drawing forth feelings of joy and expectation (a give-away to the folly of the moment), certainly are then acted upon by the great Law and into our lives they come.

So, practice telling your story of what you want to do, be or have. Let everything else but serve as a brief point of contrast that then energizes your mind to pull out all the stops of how wonderful it will be when type thinking.

We truly call the shots

"Find thoughts that feel good, because it is inevitable that you are going to always be moving toward something. So why not be moving toward something that is pleasing? You can't cease to vibrate, and Law of Attraction will not stop responding to the vibration that you are offering. So, expansion is inevitable. You provide it, whether you know you do, or not. The only question is, what is the standard of joy that you are demanding for yourself? From your Nonphysical perspective, it's a high, high standard." (Abraham)

Would we want it different? Would we really want to be out of the loop of how manifestation happens? Would we actually opt to live in a universe where a roll of the dice determined our experience? Unity and New Thought have taught that life is consciousness, but really never delineated specifically the why. Napoleon Hill's original manuscript for Think and Grow Rich had frequent references to vibration, but the editors removed it, for somehow many are even frightened by the prospect of our being in the loop of how things come about in our lives, and it is all based on the Law of Attraction and the vibrational signature we are offering. As it has been said, it isn't our weakness that frightens us, it is our absolute power and authority.

So, find thoughts that add cubits of goodness to the vibrational signature you cannot help but offer to the Universe for fulfillment. Ratchet up the standard for joy, appreciation and thankfulness you are offering. If in the middle of something that truly sucks, reach for a level of feeling that doesn't. Dredge the past, present and the anticipated future for stories that bring joy to the surface. Never tell the story of what you don't want to be, do or have unless you want more of it--yet, you are eternal, so you truly can never get it wrong because you never get it done.

If you're not having a feeling response to something, a feeling that feels good or a feeling that feels bad -- the thought is not that powerful, and it is probably not a big player in your vibrational mix." ....Abraham

So, don't think you have to chase down each and every thought that sifts through your mind and treat what you might you might once have described as being bad or wrong thinking as the enemy that must be wrestled to the ground and annihilated, just use the input of it not feeling good to you as reason to gently brush it aside and reach for a thought that does. True, habitual focused thought--of any kind--will eventually reach out to central casting and carpentry for an equivalent experience, but passing thoughts...no. Instead, monitor your feeling response more than each and every thought that some have said must be dissected and examined. If something isn't a major player in your thought world, then cut yourself some slack. If you are generally on the happy side of life, then ignore occasional thoughts that dip into the wild side.

jOY

"You have been oriented that you must pay a price in order to get somewhere, and in the process, you’ve come to believe that getting there must be really important, therefore, it must be your purpose. And we say, but if you’re not getting to joy, then you’ve gotten nowhere. Joy is really where you’re going." Abraham

Life is a never ending cycle of arriving, then desiring, then arriving again, but if we do not factor in joy, then the alternative is struggle, and life was never meant to be a struggle. What gives you joy and pleasure? If nothing too much is feeding that right now, then reach for something, even if a memory, that kindles joy and stay there as long as you can. This process seems to infect our whole journey and everything looks brighter. Reach for things to appreciate and then consciously be aware of even the slightest glimmering of joy, for this is our very purpose. The Universe is not founded on struggle and pain, providing us with hoops through which to jump in order to satisfy some standard we don't even understanding. It is founded on joy.

Fish or...

"Take the worthiness that is yours, and let the "Fairies of the Universe" assist you. Stop taking so much responsibility upon yourself, and live happily ever after. Shorten that crevasse between where you are and where you want to be, on every subject, to now, now, now, now, now. Ride the wave. Just pluck the fruit... You don't have to be the one who puts it in the ground any more. You can just skip across the top of things and pluck the fruit of all of the things you want. "Oh, fruit. Oh, delicious this, delicious this, delicious this, delicious this." In other words, it's all right there for you; it's ready for you to receive it as fast and as soon as you will vibrationally let it in." Abraham

But, there isn't gain without pain. And, no one who doesn't put their shoulder to the wheel is deserving of what another has already done through their blood, sweat and tears. Or, "You can just skip across the top of things and pluck the fruit of all of the things you want." The pain and sweat philosophy was brought forth by people who were trying to explain why things seemed to be so very difficult for the majority of people, and others throughout the years have simply bought into it, but if what Abraham says is true, it is a faulty premise and infects all future reasoning, and if elevated to the realm of truth within us, then it becomes the criterion for all practice and expectation...and we are left very diminished. There is no lack in the Universe, and the story we need to tell is that everything always works out for us. Counter every statement within yourself with that recognition and realize that as you come from worthiness and focused alignment, life and all that you desire will come into your world. Fan the flame of what you want to do, be and have, not anything else unless you want someone's vibrational energies...someone who might come from fear, or at least ignorance of the Law, to be your foundation. Fish or cut bait!

Everything is All Right

"If you knew everything was really all right, and that it always has a happy ending, then you would not feel trepidations about your future. Everything is really so very all right! If you could believe and trust that, then, immediately everything would automatically and instantly become all right." -- Abraham

If our attention is drawn to things happening in government as well as elsewhere that initially give us cause to label them as "certainly not all right," then what is happening is this pronouncement is also woven into the fabric of our very personal world as a part of the vibratory signature we are offering to the Universe to be filled, and it will search out for circumstances and events that won't be all right for us to obviously enjoy, or why would we have sent out the signal for them in the first place... Instead let's fan the flame of regardless of what is happening anywhere, that everything is always working out for us. That also carries a vibratory signature but its corollaries are far more to our pleasing as they are drawn into our experience.

The Process of Life

"You’re always, always, always going to be on your way to something more—always. And when you relax and accept that, and stop beating up on yourself for not being someplace that you’re not, and instead, start embracing where you are while you keep your eye on where you’re going—now life becomes really, really, really fun." (Abraham)

We may have said it another way, "Keep your eye on the doughnut and not the hole." If we find ourselves where we truly do not want to be, be it a relationship, a financial state, an environment or even a body that isn't working to the extent we want it to, the way into something better is to do first the almost unthinkable, embrace where we, meaning to acknowledge that we are where we are...I am where I am...and then from this more stable platform than rejection might give, to keep our eye focused upon where we want to go, what we want to do, be and have. Speak often, at least to yourself this new outline for life: It will be so wonderful when... I will feel so fulfilled when xxx happens. This, then, becomes the new menu from which we can make choices, and the Law of Attraction now has this to work on rather than the pronouncement that what is, sucks.

Imaging Power

"We're going to give you a very powerful statement: Everything that you will some day live, in terms of life experience -- and by some day, we mean as soon as right now, tomorrow, the next day, or some day -- anything that you will some day live, you have first imagined. Because nothing will manifest in your experience without the imagination process happening first." Abraham

As Unity has taught, everything is first held in mind, that then becomes an idea, that then finds eventual expression. Abraham calls this process imagination, that will be fulfilled and placed in one's spiritual "escrow" account, there to abide until the asker comes up to vibrational speed to the original desire. So, what can you imagine? Don't couple it with who, when or why, but just a desire for whatever to find a rendezvous with your journey. Visit it often, but only if visiting it doesn't bring up feelings of its manifestation not being there hence anxiousness or doubt. Today, we each might hold fulfillment in our imagination. We might hold our always being in our right and perfect place that is un-affected by the foibles of humankind in our imagination. If you can dream it, the Universe is capable of bring it to you.

A Reminder

Be vigilante that you don't get sucked into doom and gloom thinking...there is much of it out there right now. If you stir around in "ain't it awful" and "it is going to get much worse and similar this becomes what you are offering to the Law of Attraction to be brought into your experience. Remember, anything we wish can be elevated to "truth," what about generating a thought such as "In this economy everything is working out for me!" Then begin to tell the story of your life the way you want it to be. If the stock market numbers gives your gut challenges, why look at it? Certainly this doesn't negate doing what is wisdom in your world, but let the action come from a space that feels peaceful and tuned into the abundance of the Kingdom, not from running scared. Your version of reality is of your own making. Don't give it away!

What You Deserve

"The person that needs to do something is not that person. The person that needs to do something is you! Some of those people in your life do not deserve your good thoughts. In other words, "They are bad. They are evil. They are wrong! They are inappropriate. They do not deserve your good thoughts," and you stubbornly are not going to give them any. They may not deserve your good thoughts. But you do. You deserve your good thoughts about them. This is what the Art of Allowing is. It's allowing my own Well-being." Abraham

It brings it all home. It is truly us and never anyone else be they close as family, or distant as government or world personality. We cannot but keep within our own vibrational signature what used to be analogous to a carbon copy of a thought or judgment, be it one that is wonderful and grand, or one that is condemnatory. Perhaps our mother was right when she might have said, "If you can't say anything good about XXX, then don't say it." Anyone right now in the world--your world--that might be considered as undeserving of your good thoughts, even evil and most certainly wrong? You deserve only your good thoughts about them because you deserve only good, but like everyone, you and I must make this choice.

On the Brighter Side

"How do you ever get the truth to be more the way you want it to be? You’ve just got to start beating the drums of truth the way you want it to be—and when you do, you will immediately feel good. And there are those who might say, “Oh, you’re not facing the fact.” And we say, we would never face any fact that was taking us to a place we don’t want to be.

"There are those who believe that the world is getting more and more desperate. We are here to tell you that the world is getting better and better, and better, and that every experience you have causes you to launch rockets of desires, and Source comes in response to those rockets. And the best thing about your birth and death is that the resistant ones die and the allowing ones are born. And with this combination of contrast that keeps you launching new and new desires, it’s no wonder that the Universe is expanding in this marvelous way and that life is getting better, in every day—and in this moment—for everyone who insists on focusing there." Abraham

The operative words are "for everyone who insists on focusing there." Sure, there are all kinds of indications out there of what is and the directions things are going. Drag those energies into your vibrational signature and they become yours as do the results. Focus on every bit of news and information that is reported by they who know not and know not that they know not and this then becomes "truth" for you, and truth--anything we give power to--will demonstrate. There indeed may be shaky experiences ahead as our government and related institutions (bless them all) make choices and decisions without an apparent overt demonstration of responsibility and wisdom, but focus on each iota of same and the conduit to the inexhaustible resources of Spirit where law and wisdom are truly found is constricted. Tell the stories of how you want things to do and be for you, give everyone the freedom to claim for themselves whatever vibrational signature and the resultant outcome they desire, and hold fast to "It's better and getting better, and it's going to be alright."

Life is the only reality, hence the only thing that ever happens is we make "trips" from our non-physical Oneness with Source Energy broader perspective into the physical realm for it is here where we are an active participant in the dance of creation as through the contrasts of this dimension are inspired to focus on the goodness we want to do, be and have, and thereby cause the Energy of our God-Source eternal self to flow toward our dream and desire. At some point we depart this dimension and reemerge into our higher Oneness perspective. It is further said that we then make the conscious choice to go at it again. True, we often become immersed in the beliefs of our environment and loose sight of the underpinning of joy, but the purpose of this site is to remind and then remember the greater picture.

New Word

"We would like you to release the word "achieve" or "earn" from your vocabulary and from your understanding, altogether, and we would like you to replace those words with the word "allow". You're wanting to allow your Well-being, not achieve it. It's not something that you need to earn. All you have to do is decide what it is you would like to experience, and then allow it in order to achieve it. It isn't something you have to struggle for or try for. You are all worthy beings. You are deserving of this Well-being."

Of course, Abraham. Isn't it true..."achieve" or "earn" implies effort and even perhaps the need to prove one's self as being worthy? What, as an extension of God-SourceEnergy is there to prove? I have like to say "There isn't ever anywhere to go, just something to BE," and we already are the BEing that but now needs the human experience of us to simply allow. Think how freeing we can enter into a time of prayer knowing we simply have to allow the pre-ordained process of our unending good to flow. Part of this allowing is non-resistance and also allowing everything and everyone to be exactly as they make the choice to be. Further remember, if another is making choices that don't resonate with us, as long as that energy isn't held in our vibratory signature it can't come into focus in our lives.

The Key

"It should only be talked about if the talking will make you feel better. It is of no value, ever, to activate and talk about something that doesn’t feel good, because it reactivates it in your vibration; it makes it another point of your point of attraction—so you’re less clear.
In other words, when you focus upon the problems of others, you diminish your ability to help them. People believe that you’ve got to focus upon the problem in order to find a solution. And we say, no solution ever comes forth—it’s never inspired; you never recognize it, and you are never able to facilitate or achieve it—from your place of focusing on the problem. They are two entirely different vibrations. If you have someone who has many things going wrong and one thing going right, beat the drum of what’s going right, and let that be your point of attraction. If you focus upon their problems, you achieve vibrational harmony with something other than the Source that gives you solution."

Another Abraham... It probably is this simple, yet because of habit patterns, challenging. Probably no one sat us down as a young child and said, "Remember, this is a vibrationally based universe and there is an activity of Source (God) that we can think of as 'the law of attraction' that feeds off vibration and brings unto it like frequencied things." Then further..."By what you give your attention to...regardless of whether or not you shout 'yes' or 'no', activates that frequency into your vibrational signature, and it is this that becomes the point of reference for what becomes your self-created reality." Right?

This is a new cycle..a new year. Nothing is written as to what must be tomorrow...only what can be tomorrow. Pretend you are that child and you did receive that input only to now remembered it fully. What drums are you beating? If it feels good, continue. If it doesn't, pick another drum, another subject, another line of thought. To focus on what is wrong or what might be a "problem," and beat that into the ground, its vibrational energy continues to be viable within your vibrational signature. Certainly acknowledge momentarily what might be wrong or what the problem is, but then go and pet the cat and allow Source to reveal what is the answer. The problem beater is like the "I of myself (who) can do nothing" except complicate things and perpetuate what is not wanted. Your 2009 is blessed!

Viva Contrast

There is not something you're supposed to do. There's not something that you should do. There is only that which you are inspired to do. And how do you get inspired except by the contrast? It's the life experience that gives you the idea of the desire, and then as you focus upon the desire, the Energy flows.

Abraham, of course. What freedom...there is nobody you have to please so as to give them cause to feel better about themselves and their beliefs... If what you do or say pleases you, and can then please another, it is because the other person has given you freedom to be who and what you choose to be, and they are but enjoying your joy and pleasure. This is always wonderful. But, if they need you to do or be something before they make the choice to feel good, and you buy into their neediness, then no one is happy and fulfilled. The only thing we are supposed to do is to make choices, and the only way we can make choices is by sorting through contrasts and after briefly allowing them to bring us to awareness of what we don't want to do, be or have, to then give the full weight of our focus on what we actually want to be, do or have, then we are on our way, and indeed Energy flows.

Diversity

"It is very difficult to understand what anybody else's experience is. There aren't enough words to really understand what anybody else is living. Physical beings want things to be the same. They want people to think the same. You work rather hard at sameness, but you will never win that battle, because from Nonphysical, diversity is known to be the most beneficial part of the game."

Abraham...obviously. Do you ever catch yourself thinking you know what is best for someone else, or wanting things to remain the same from one whatever to the next whatever? As Abraham would then say, "How's it working out for you?" An ongoing opportunity is to stay as centered in our personal desires to be ever increasingly tuned in, tapped in and turned on to Spirit and to then leave everyone else out of the picture, for any energy we give toward another seeking to make them conform or wanting the status quo of our lives to remain the status quo forever drains the energy we could use in a far more profitable way. Isn't the key to trust our own guidance system and to know that the same guidance system is firmly in place for everyone else, and to not second guess what their greater good is? Maybe?

Resistance

"Anytime you have physical discomfort of any kind, whether you call it emotional or physical pain with your body, it always, always means the same thing: "I have a desire that is summoning Energy, but I have a belief that is not allowing so I've created resistance in my body." The solution, every single time, to the releasing of discomfort or pain--is the relaxation and the reaching for the feeling of relief."

Of course, Abraham. Now, this is either right on, or is the mindless chatterings of some one/s who know not and maybe even know not that they know not. So, should we care to catch it, the ball of proving this Abraham quote is squarely in our laps. Unworthiness would be a belief that will not allow the pure Energy of Source to circulate through us. Habitual habits of nit picking, fault finding, or initially sensing what is wrong in a circumstance or situation rather than a programmed response of looking for what is right and good. This can also be. Then there is the other choice. We can accept that Abraham knows what they are talking about, and if discomfort or pain appears, to realize that we but need to find the places where we are out of alignment and into resistance...and keep looking until we find it!

A Fable

There is a story of a blind hot dog stand owner who had a very successful business by the side of the road. His wife had died and he was the sole support of a son who he scrimped and sent to college. His son got a degree in banking and money management. After a few months and employed in his area of expertise, he paid his father a visit and told him of the terrible crisis in the financial markets...his father was too busy to listen to TV and couldn't easily avail himself of print news...remember he was blind. Business was very good for the hot dog stand, but hearing his son's news he began to cut back on orders so that when business came his way he wasn't able to supply his customers with hot dogs the way he once did. Sure enough, after a while these customers didn't return and he was able to say, "My son was right, things are terrible and will probably get worse."

Sure, there are things happening in the economic marketplace, and some will use what they hear and read as a broad brush to paint everything they think and do, and once this thinking, feeling and action is brought into one's individual vibrational signature, one will be able to say, "They are right...things are terrible and will probably get worse."

Now is not the time to jettison the knowledge of our access to the unlimited universe and run around like decapitated chickens. Nor is it the time to act unwisely. It is the time to be certain our focus is on placing in consciousness the story of our lives that we want Source to fulfill and hence bring into our economic focus. Remember, we are vibrational beings living in a vibrationally based universe, and are the rendezvous-ers with the manifestations of our input. Many who don't know this or who retrogress, because of what they see, read and hear will choose this same level of fear and foreboding and will prove themselves right. Don't be one of them. There is no lack of dollars...they have not gone away. Source or God can move through an unlimited number of channels unless we only focus on the ones that appear to be a challenge, for then we will be right...unhappy...but right.

Send In the Clowns

Ever think this should be the theme of what presently is going on in the hallowed halls of Congress? With my warped sense of humor I often think of this and especially the line in the song that alludes to the fact that they (clowns) don't have to be sent in, for they are already here. Saying that, for it is better to laugh and find some level of humor than it is to get upset and fearful, please remember that while there may be temporary bumps in the economy, and even one's personal economy, the more we stay tuned in, tapped in and turned on to Source...the more we tell the story of how we want things to be in our lives, the more these energies reach out for fulfillment. Fear and anger "tells" its own story and reaches out for more of the same. Now the good news! Few, proportionally, reach out for abundance and well being, and the pool of dollars only gets larger, so with some who choose to run like decapitated chickens, the more financial supply is accessible to those who hold solid and true. If some choose to experience financial challenges, don't be one of them for by making this choice, the easier it will be to be in the flow of the Abundance of the Kingdom, for fewer are choosing to do so.

Things always work out for me. The cattle on ten thousand hills are mine. Seas part for me. I always have more than enough to do and experience anything I wish. I make decisions not based on finances, but the joy of the experience. Then, come up with your own story and tell it often.

Deliberate and on purpose...

"The Universe knows all things and is responding to the vibration that you are sending. When you are sending your vibration on purpose, you are orchestrating what the Universe is aligning for you."

Short and to the point from an Abraham workshop. We are always adding to our vibrational signature to which the Universe (Source-Energy...God) responds. Almost always there is a time delay, and thankfully so, but as we realize that everything in our lives right now, without exception, is the coalesced version of a like frequencied variation of what we have placed in our vibrational signatures, we will become more and more purposeful in what we are embracing. If a thought or practice of another, or event in the world is giving you a "dark taste in your mouth," then don't focus upon it...go to where you can dance with an idea or thought of something that makes your heart sing, and when these vibrations bring things of their kind, rejoice in what you have done.
