But I also like Stephanie Meyers' Twilight series covers, which don't show the characters. Both are effective. Sometimes I'd rather envision the hero for myself based on the writing. It's surprising how often the covers don't match the descriptions, though your books seem to. My favorite of your covers is a tie between the first one, Nicholas, and the upcoming one, Dominic. It gives the mind a little more to think about other than "hey, he's naked". It is important to me that the guy on the cover match the hero in the book.
