"catering whore" at cartoon art museum

my webcomic "diary of a catering whore" will be included in the virtual gallery section at cartoon art museum's "monsters of webcomics" exhibit. it opens saturday, august 8 and goes until december 6. while the main exhibit focuses on ten webcomic artists, the virtual gallery, projecting from monitor, will focus on over 100 web-based cartoonists from around the world.

i had forgotten that i was commissioned to do this for a friend back in 2007 or so. an obvious spoof on the "finding nemo" movie. apparently it was used for some cd compilation cover for a group coachella road trip.

once again, i'll be at the alternative press expo in san francisco. if you're in town, stop by. i'll be at table #410 on the main floor, selling copies of "diary of a catering whore: year one", collecting all of the online strips that appeared in 2006. on saturday, i'll have a waiter in tuxedo on hand passing around official "catering whore" buttons on a silver tray.
