All submissions can be put in a website (please give the URL) and/or send it by email with attachment to tedsta[at]gmail[dot]com.<br /><br />Purpose:<br />* To create a logo for [ID] group which will be used for the website, mailing list, individual Blogshares profiles of [ID] group members, blogs of [ID] group members, etc. This is not an exhaustive list<br /><br />Guidance:<br />* The logo must be identifiable directly to the [ID] group.<br />* The logo must be original work of the submitter.<br />* The logo must not exploit or offend anyone's sex, race, religion, morality, culture, nor be salacious or pornographic.<br /><br />Submission format:<br />* High resolution in a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .png format, preferrably in various sizes to acommodate for different usage<br />* Your Blogshares [ID] number<br />* Design Description of the logo<br />* The URL, is submitted through URL, please send an email too to tedsta[at]gmail[dot]com with the attachment.<br />* If submitted by email, to tedsta[at]gmail[dot]com, with attachment<br /><br />Judging Criteria:<br />* Creativity<br />* Versatility<br />* Ability of the logo to project the attributes of [ID] group<br />* Good graphic design<br />* Create an overall positive impression<br />* Be fast to download especially using 56k modem!<br /><br />[the logo might be voted by members of [ID] group as a way to determine its popularity among [ID] members but not a deterministic judging criteria; conflict of interests from submissions by [ID] group members will be appropriately mitigated]<br /><br />Submission deadline:<br />30th July 2005<br /><br />Copyright assignment:<br />[ID] group will acquire ownership of the winning logo by assignment of copyright, and the winning designer will disclaim any trademarks and without limitation all other rights related to the design, including but not limited to the use of the logo by [ID] group and its members.<br /><br />By submitting a logo for entry in the competition, the designer acknowledges that he/she is the person that made the logo and is its rightful owner.
