At Stevens Pharmacy we compound BHRT in the form of creams, suppositories, sub-lingual drops, capsules, suspensions or any other dosage form that the physician has a certain preferance to. These hormones include Progesterone, Estrogens, DHEA, Pregnenolone and Testosterone. The Estrogens are comprised of estrone(E1), estradiol(E2), estriol (E3). The most active estrogen is estradiol and the most protective being estriol. Normally the estrogens are dispensed as Triestrogen OR Biestrogen - the TRI being all 3 estrogens E1, E2,E3 in a ratio of 10/10/80. For Biestrogen, the ratio is E2/E3 20/80.
