Check this out about half way down there's a video of the igloo making process . . . it makes me miss the snow a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't hold total faith in the clinic here. Since Jen's studio doesn't have an oven, I made the mashed potatoes, stuffing &amp; sweet potatoes ahead of time.  Jen prepared the salmon (she doesn't eat meat, so no turkey) vegetables and butternut squash soup.  She also managed to find apple crumble at Whole Foods for £2.99, as compared to the apple pie which was £9.
