I would not pay much attention to them. They are biased toward the system they are selling. I am going to just provide the information. Sure I will give my recommendation, but I will leave it up to you to decide what sounds best to you. The only way to tell is to compare them to the others in a fair way without the advertising hype.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Cost</span><br /><br />Since all the services have more than one package, it is best to compare the average burglary and fire alarm package rather than either the most basic or most extensive program.<br /><br />System and installation fee: GE Interlogic Great Alarms is Free<br />System and installation fee: ADT Home Alarm is $600<br />System and installation fee: Brinks Home Alarm is $200<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Performance</span><br /><br />All three systems offer reliable service. All three systems offer about the same equipment in their Burglary & Fire Package. All three system installers are licensed, insured and bonded. All three companies are very well known and have state of the art home alarms.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Monitoring</span><br /><br />All three systems offer excellent state of the art monitoring 24 hours a day 7 days per week with reliable battery back up.<br /><br />System monitoring fee: GE Interlogic Great Alarms is $30 per month.<br />System monitoring fee: Brinks Home Alarm is $28 per month.<br />System monitoring fee: ADT Home Alarms is $33 per month.<br /><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">My Recommendation</span><br /><br />Based on the facts I believe that GE Interlogic Great Alarms offers the best value for the money. It is simply hard to beat the free system and installation when the monitoring of all three systems is about the same price. To make up the difference you would have to have the Brinks system for 100 months or more than 8 years.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">You Decide For Yourself</span><br /><br />Everyone’s needs are different so you must decide for yourself which alarm service is best for you.
