This museum is indeed impressive. The Korean martyrs seem almost like our contemporaries. It is most touching to read about how the spread of Catholicism was very much a family affair, with many martyrs being related to each other, whether it was parents and children, brothers and sisters, etc.

In one section of the museum, you can even see the letter, written in Latin, to 'Reverendissime Pater', i.e. the Pope, requesting that he send Catholic priests to the country.

Unfortunately they do not allow pictures at the museum.
