The travelers were despairing, Jesus comes along side them to share and explain the scriptures, then he reveals himself in the breaking of the bread. From that point, the travelers are compelled to turn around and tell that the news is indeed good! Isn't that conversion, too? We walk despairing, Jesus comes along side us, he leads us into the word, he comes to us in the Eucharist, we go and tell the good news!akosteckahttp://akostecka.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.com
