My question is twofold:

A) I think that alot of people are curious to know what you take on a daily basis. What is your daily regimen?

B) I am a 21 year old senior at Tufts university graduating in May. On a daily basis I take the following:
-morning shake of 1-2 scoops progreens, mixed berries, banana, and water
-high quality multivitamin
-1-2 thousand mg vitamin c
-new chapter zyflamend for inflammation
-2-3 g of carlson fish oil
-new chapter host defense
-sometimes milk thistle if i'm consuming alcohol alot
-3-4 brazil nuts for the selenium

Is there anything you'd recommend me changing, removing, or adding? Do I need to supplement my diet with calcium/magnesium?

Regards,

JeremyJeremyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04502064055393518918noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12204572.post-159087720042418982008-08-16T13:12:00.000-07:002008-08-16T13:12:00.000-07:00Thanks for sharing.
