Daca servesti in fiecare zi un mic dejun sanatos si bogat, vei putea sa iti controlezi si sa iti stapanesti  mai repede senzatia de foame care va aparea pe parcursul zilei in timpul unei &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;cure de slabire&lt;/span&gt;, seznatii care in general duc la abuzuri alimentare. Nu poti inregistra o evolutie de la o zi la alta. Variatia de jumatate pana la un kg care poate sa apara reprezinta doar apa, alimente, imbracaminte si asa mai departe. Nu te cantari mai mult de o data pe saptamana, daca se poate chiar la 2 saptamani, si cel mai bine in acelasi moment al zilei si imbracat la fel (cat mai sumar).&lt;br /&gt;Renunti complet la toate alimentele care iti plac ?&lt;br /&gt;Daca faci acest lucru, iti vei intinde singura o capcana.In mod sigur te vei simti frustat si urmarea este deja stiuta: mai deverme sau mai tarziu, vei lasa balta programul oricarei cure de slabire pe care o urmezi, mai mult, vei fi predispus la abuzuri pentru a compensa perioada de "restriste". Cea mai indicata si mai eficienta metoda este moderatia.&lt;br /&gt;Din cand in cand consuma unul din alimenteletale preferate, dar care nu are legatura cu programul respectivei cure de slabire pe care o urmezi. Ea este o mica placere nevinovata a vietii.&lt;br /&gt;Exista ceva mai bun pe lume decat ciocolata?&lt;br /&gt;Chiar si pe langa o &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;cura de slabire&lt;/span&gt; se poate consuma ciocolata.&lt;br /&gt;Ciocolata nu trebuie taiata de pe lista unei cure de slabire, atata timp cat se ia in calcul numarul de calorii in fiecare zi. O bucata medie de ciocolata contine 250 de calorii.&lt;br /&gt;Ciocolata are aceasta proasta reputatie mai degraba datorita continutului ridicat de cofeina si de grasimi saturate.  Nivelul din ciocolata a grasimilor saturate este dat de untul de cacao, din compozitia sa, ce are un efect de crestere a colesterolului in singe. Totusi, privind din alt punct de vedere ea contine fenolen, care contribuie la diminuarea riscului de a avea boli cardiace!&lt;br /&gt;O bucatica de ciocolata este mult mai buna in comparatie cu o cana de cafea.&lt;br /&gt;O cana de cafea normala contine intre 130 si 150 miligrame cafeina, in timp ce o bucata de ciocolata, nu contine decat 6 miligrame. Tinand cont de aceasta proportie este recomandat sa renuntati mai degraba la cafea decat la ciocolata.&lt;br /&gt;Institutul National de Mediu si Sanatate Publica din Olanda a efectuat anumite cercetari, din care s-a remarcat ca ciocolata contine de 4 ori antioxidantii gasiti in ceaiul verde. Un antioxidant foarte puternic este catechina. Acesta previne atat cancerul cat si bolile cardiace. In 100 mg de ceai negru sunt 13,9 mg de catechina. In aceeasi cantitate de ciocolata neagra sunt 53,5 mg de catechina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Memorie remarcabila, buna dispozitie si relaxare.&lt;br /&gt;Pe de alta parte, ciocolata este un stimulent a endorfinelor si functioneaza la fel ca si un narcotic in cazul durerilor cronice. Aceste endorfine contribuie la cresterea nivelului de oxigen din singe, care poate duce la relaxare mentala sau chiar la cresterea vizibila a capacitatilor memoriei. Seratonina, se gaseste si ea in ciocolata. Ea are rol de neurotransmitator, si are efect antidepresiv.&lt;br /&gt;Depozit de minerale si vitamine&lt;br /&gt;Alte lucruri benefice, in legatura cu ciocolata ce merita tinute minte ar fi: nu contribuie la producerea acneelor sau iritatilor, contine vitamine cum ar fi vitamina E,D,B1, B2, magneziu si potasiu.&lt;br /&gt;Cu siguranta, ati putea spune ca ciocolata are efect negativ asupra danturii. Acest lucru se intampla deoarece iti scade pofta de mancare. Carbohidratii sunt transformati mai intai in glucoza si apoi sunt eliberati in sange pentru a beneficia noi de energie. Insa exista si carbohidrati care sunt absorbiti foarte repede si cresc nivelul de zahar din sange, ceea ce duce la o reactie ciudata a organismului: poftele.&lt;br /&gt;Cei care sufera de cest inconvenient si ca urmare nu mai reusesc sa slabeasca, au la indemana cea mai simpla solutie: limitarea ingestiei de carbohidrati. Trebuie sa renuntati la fainoase, dulciuri, paine, bauturi carbo-gazoase, cereale, prajituri si sa introduceti in alimentatie mai multe fibre, continute de legume si fructe. Si acasa putem face diverse exercitii cu scopul de a slabi. Iar cel mai simplu e acesta: punem melodiile preferate si dansam, indiferent daca avem talent sau nu.&lt;br /&gt;Dansul poate fi privit ca un exercitiu de aerobic si arde multe calorii. Ce mai putem face acasa? Sa facem curatenie in ritm sustinut, sa sarim coarda, sa ne amintim exercitiile facute in scoala la saltea sau step ori sa inchiriem casete video cu exercitii pentru slabire. Si astfel ne vom distra pe cinste si nu vom mai avea impresia ca ne chinuim pentru a slabi.&lt;br /&gt;Credeti ca prin aceste metode se slabeste usor si repede? Asa ca scoateti bebelusul la aer si in acelasi timp faceti primii pasi pe calea catre un corp de invidiat. Eficiente sunt si inotul, aerobicul sau yoga. Mersul pe jos nu numai ca ajuta la slabit, dar are efecte benefice asupra sanatatii intregului organism.&lt;br /&gt;Nu crezi ca reprezinta cea mai buna metoda de a slabi? Femeile insarcinate, cele cu probleme cardiace sau cu nivelul colesterolului ridicat nu trebuie sa utilizeze aceste exercitii in timpul unei &lt;b&gt;cure de slabire&lt;/b&gt;, dar aceasta tehnica da rezultate surprinzatoare folosita de persoanele sanatoase.&lt;br /&gt;Exercitile de forta sunt nemaipomenite pentru pierdere rapida in greutate si daca le efectuati treptat nu riscati sa aveti probleme. Aceasta regula nu trebuie aplicata in mod extrem; avem nevoie de carbohidratii deoarece acestia reprezinta principala sursa de energie a intregului organism, iar pentru unele organe este chiar singura sursa de energie (de exemplu creierul). Si totusi, in urma unei &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;cure de slabire&lt;/span&gt; bazata in mare parte pe proteine se poate ajunge, cu timpul, la afectiuni ale rinichilor. Asadar este recomanda combinarea (in meniul zilnic) a celor 3 tipuri de nutrienti in cantitati egale astfel: 33% grasimi, 33% proteine si 33%carbohidrati.&lt;br /&gt;Evitati sa combinati (la aceeasi masa) carbohidratii cu grasimile atunci cand sunteti in cadrul unei cure de slabi. Sandvisurile cu branzeturi sau cu mezeluri, pizza, cartofii prajiti, produsele de patiserie, pastele cu carne sau cu branza, combinatiile de carne si orez sau cartof, toate acestea distrug echilibrul ponderal. Produsele fainoase ( atentie! numai cele integrale) pot fi combinate doar cu lactate complet degresate sau cu legume. Carnea o puteti combina cu orice legume in afara de mazare, cartofii, fasole boabe si porumbul. Atentie cum combinati morcovi, deoarece contin mult zahar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;Pe parcursul unei &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;cure de slabire&lt;/span&gt;, consumati carbohidratii la inceputul zilei iar grasimile in partea a doua a zilei. In acest fel veti acumula suficienta energie dimineata, cand organismul necesita combustibil, iar rezervele facute de insulina nu vor mai fi stocate, ci vor fi consumate pe parcursul zilei.&lt;br /&gt;Calculati portia de mancare inainte de a servi masa si incercati sa nu o depasiti.&lt;br /&gt;Nu mancati de pofta, mancati doar daca va este foame. Acestea previn aparitia constipatiei si au un aport mic de calorii.&lt;br /&gt;Cateva greseli frecvente in &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;cure de slabire&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;Painea graham, neagra sau cea de secara nu este recomandata in cadrul unei &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;cure de slabire&lt;/span&gt; (doar in cantitati mici), acest gen de paine are la fel de multe calorii precum painea alba.&lt;br /&gt;O persoana obeza nu are voie sa inlocuiasca untul cu margarina; orice fel de grasime este interzisa.&lt;br /&gt;Fructe precum prunele, bananele si strugurii sunt interzise in&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; cure de slabire&lt;/span&gt;. Unele contin pana la 50% zahar. Fructele precum alunele, nucile, migdalele sau arahidele sunt si ele interzise – comsumati minim doua fructe (de acest gen) pe zi In schimb puteti manca cirese, portocalele, capsune si grapefruitul.&lt;br /&gt;Numarul necesar de calorii pentru o persoana cu activitate frizica normala e de 1800 kilocalorii pe zi la femei si 2500 kilocalorii pe zi la barbati. Daca esti nevoit sa slabesti in repaus (cum ar fi in spital) sunt dieta de slabire de 400 – 600 kilocalorii pe zi (1 l de lapte). Daca ai totusi activitate, este destul un regim de 1000 kilocalorii pe zi.
