(Knifed and headbeaten giving me epilepsy which is an ongoing problem) These crimes happened to me 40 years ago. I was then lucky enough (Vernon was not given this opportunity)a place as a patient on a hospital psychotherapy group for 5 years and I "chose," to use your word to go on to qualify as a psychologist and practice in the field. My attackers were my adoptive parents. What I tried to give you was not "psychobabble" but hard won insight.
