However, in a rather unexpected turn of events, late last evening, the biggies at the Times contacted us through their lawyer and then directly and requested we smoke the peace pipe. I received a legal notice from the esteemed lawyers retained by a leading Indian media group who asked me to delete 19 posts from the Mediaah! weblog and also refrain from writing anything similar and defamatory.
There were three options available to me:
1. Delete the 19 posts, and get on with life

Media biggie sends Mediaah! legal notice. Asks us to delete 19 posts and stop defaming itIt's just not worth it.
On Monday, we received a legal notice. It was from one of the better known media conglomerates of the country, asking us to delete some 19 posts on Mediaah! as also refrain from writing anything 'defamatory' about it in future.
This isn't the first time we've had a problem with media companies. In the last couple of months this is the second legal notice we've received, PMnoreply@blogger.com
