Hey thanks for the link. I will def check it out. Will be pleasantly surprised if it can generate more light than heat. Hitchens is an interesting character- he seems genuinely open to real debate. However, few tend to bring it to him, and then the competition of who can be the most outraged takes over.

An interesting interview. My sister has a copy of his book "The Grand Failure", which apparently predicted the downfall of the soviet union... sounds like a good read.

On a separate note, this here's a good interview between Al Sharpton and Christopher Hitchens, and they discuss many aspects regarding Hitchens new book "God is Not Great". I've been lurking on your blog for a little while now and this interview looks like it might be your cup of tea.

Actually, I found it one of the rare interviews where Jon doesn't dominate his rival- however it is revealed in the next show that a number of Jon's points that Bolton denies as being "historically incorrect" are actually totally true. Still, Jon should have nailed him- probably not used to arguing with someone who spews forth so much unabashed confidence and fallacious argument.
