Gee Whiz! Are you cynical enough to actually imply that "W" invaded Iraq just so oil companies could make more money? Did you get that idea from song lyrics? Surely you know better. Or did I miss-read something? Even a lefty like you could think of 10 far easier ways to raise oil prices without starting a war. Perhaps some meds to treat your - liberal paranoid conspiracy syndrome - are in order.

By plain reasoning the only people against the war at the time were appeasers like whimpy boy Obama. Appeasers historically are people who want to negotiate their surrender before they fight. Sure, Bushy boy screwed up the peace and dragged the war into a whole new bag of demons. It was a just war for reasons other than WMD. Ultimately having a stable Iraq, and the U.S. seen as "willing to act", should be good for the entire planet and provide for a net saving of millions of lives over the long haul of history. Lets face it, if Bubba Clinton had some better use for his balls after the first Trade Center bombing, The Saudi Marine barracks, the U.S.S. Cole and the African Embassy bombings, 9/11 probably wouldn't have happened. But thats vain righteous hindsight isn't it?

You are so right - if you are going to have someone in the White House who stands up for special needs kids they more importantly better be 'hot enough' for you to vote for. In fact, that should be true of any woman who attempt to be in a leadership position. That will narrow the field to only the truly worthy.
