I spent about eight hours under the brialliant guidance of <a href="http://www.satipanya.org.uk/bio.htm">Bhante BodhiDhamma</a>, a teacher in the Mahasi tradition of Theraveda buddhism. It's challenging stuff, you can find lots more about the teachings from thte <a href="http://www.satipanya.org.uk/">Satipanya website</a>. Free audio teachings in MP3 format seems to be becoming all the rage on buddhist sites.<br /><br />Among my favorites: <a href="http://www.audiodharma.org/">audiodharma</a> and <a href="http://www.imcw.org/audio/audio.php">Tara Brach's wonderful talks</a>.
