I really should be in bed. I just posted this to my other blog, even though I know I specifically clicked on this one, but yeah haha. It has been bugging that I have not posted about 4th of July. and That I have fallen so behind, that some things will not even get posted about. for two reasons. That's right!
Samuel lost his first toooth!!!

He was is so excited. He had to show everyone, even the kitten.

It has been loose for sometime now, but I just do not have the stomach to pull it out. I was starting to wonder if we were going to have to take him to the dentist. But he was playing on the bunkbeds and bumped it. Came screaming that he broke his tooth, and when I looked I noticed he had just knocked it really really loose. I tried pulling it, but I couldn't stop gagging haha. So I told him to go in the bathroom and pull it out. (I told him to go in the bathroom because when He tried pulling on it in front of me, I almost lost my lunch) He got it out!

He strutted his stuff around for a while and then asked me "Mom can I do whatever I want now, because I lost my first tooth?" haha what a kid. I explained to him how losing your tooth isn't like your birthday.

Wow and Holy Cow

It has been a very tiring, very exciting and very fun couple of weeks..

We moved
We got a new Niece
A Niece Turned 16!
My sisters girls came
We had two more birthdays
We had our First Huge Summer Sleepover
Samuel's had a few more games

We moved across the lake. Now we are official Saratoga Springs! The house is to die for, and I could not be happier. My sister Samantha and her 4 girls moved in with us. And now it is a BIG family. Like the Brady Bunch, but LOUDER. haha.

I'd like to introduce you to
Hailey Leone Sovine.

Born June 1st.
Weighing in at 6lbs 13.9oz

Shes a really cute and fun baby.
Congrats Beth and Mike!

Our Niece Mary turned 16! We headed up to Logan for her birthday party. Which was a lot of fun. We went to the movie UP! which is so freaking cute. The kids loved it. After that we headed over to my sister inlaws work for some more games and pizza. It was a lot of fun. I wish I had taking more pictures of the events, but you'll have to excuse my no brainess.

I did however take some pictures of the kids while we were there, and I also took those pictures of Hailey while we were there.

I seriously love my kids.

Chelsea and Cami arrived from Texas to stay with us for the summer.
And let me tell you, They are such a big help!

For Cami's birthday which was on the 19th we had a Sleepover

Lets just say I lost my voice!
It was so freaking fun!
Then we stayed up until almost one playing
apples to apples
and
Uno.
Oh and I almost forgot that my dad also came and stayed with us!
That was way stinking awesome and special.

I do have more posts to come. Working through things when you are moving really sucks. Not to mention my sister rstole my camera for a whole week!

Baseball Baseball!

Samuel had his frist game this Saturday. I didn't realize it was a real game or else I would have put it with the schedule I emailed. Last year the flyer said the same thing, but turned out that we just got his uniform met his coach and then you could leave. This year, they really did have a game. So poor Samuel, no mit, and wearing flip flops and mom with out her camera! haha.

But that did not stop him. The first time up, he hit the ball off the tee really far. Then after everyone ran the bases, it was time for the second team to bat. There was a little boy that wanted the ball pitched to him. Samuels second time up, he decided he wanted the ball picthed to him. The coach said "Okay I'll throw it one time" and that is all he needed, HE HIT THE BALL!
He has never been pitched to before. I am so proud of him!

I am so excited for this year. His coaches are a lot more into it than last year. He is more outgoing and ready to play. Its going to be a lot of fun!

Fourwheelers, Slip n' slides, swimming pool, and trampoline oh my!

What a great time we had today. My family got together for a bbq up at my sister Sabreanna's house in Lyndyll. It's an hour and 15minutes from our house to there. (soon to be just an hour! haha) And even though it rained, and was cloudy, we didn't let that ruin our fun. There was no shortage of that either, while the kids were riding four wheelers, the electric vespa or jumped on the trampoline, the adults filled up some water balloons. got out the slip n slides and filled up the kitty pool. Cami was helping with the water balloons, and kept accidentally squirting people, oh man my sides ached from laughing as she squirted poor Cathi right in the face and once again squirting Nikki from behind as she helped me put some filled balloons into the pool. Oh and lets not forget when the bee flew by her and she flipped out trying to squirt it almost squirting me in the process. Oh what good times.

After having lunch, we all headed inside, and just spent the rest of the day enjoying each others presence. Telling stories, laughing hysterically at one thing or another, and at one point even having a karaoke jam. I really am blessed to have such a close knit family to enjoy. I love being around my sisters and my brothers and all our kids. I love how we all mesh well together and I love watching our families grow and prosper. (Owe that to you Mom. Thank you.)

Dance Festival

Samuel and Brooklyn had their dance festival this past Friday. I wish I would have had a video camera, but I did catch some pretty good pictures, and I am pretty sure that if you ask, Samuel can reenact it for you.

It was a lot of fun to go and watch them. Once Samuel found us in the crowd, He had a huge grin on his face and was ready to perform. I can't believe that little guy is going to be in 1st grade! They grow up so dang fast.

Have you ever felt as if your life was a cartoon? Well today is one of those days for me. Everyone is acting out of character and everything is out of place. I mapped out my day (mistake one), and things were actually going according to plan. I woke up, spent some good snuggling time with Betty. Got on the computer for a few minutes, shared some fruit snacks with Betty. I got the boys hooked up, Aidan did his usually "I HAVE TO GO POTTTTTYYYYY!!!!" Whale of a scream (two seconds after I leave the room of course) and even though he can pause his pump and can unhook himself.. does he? no.. of course not. After that argument I catch a quick shower, and get Betty in the tub.. After I get done wiping her down with lotion she picks up the fingernail polish and says "Color mommy" and I say "Not rightnow put it back" but in kid language what does that mean? "Paint your own toenails, hands and feet, oh and why your at it, the carpet is looking a dullish white, go ahead and paint a patch of it while your at it."
After that fiasco, I hurry and get myself dressed and ready to go, then I head into the kids room and get their clothes ready and tell them to get dressed. After which I call a quick Potty break for Betty and Bai... Bai does great and head off... Betty who has not had an accident for quite a few days now, has pooed in her pants.. Of course.... I take care of that, redress her and head off downstairs to get some chores done.

Time for the kids to get their shoes on becaues it's almost time to head out to the bus stop. We cannot find Samuels shoes any where, we are searching, or shall I say I am searching, Samuel is standing in the middle of the playroom saying "I'm Looking". All of sudden I hear all the kids going "Come In! Come In!" I rush downstairs and answer the door, there stands an officer..... Grrreat... Am I living yesterday over again?? (Cops came over yesterday because of Pauls truck) So I step out and say "Are you hear about the charger?" and shes all "No. I am actually here about the siding of your house."(About what like 2 months ago, we had a really bad wind storm and it blew the siding off the house... About 3 weeks into that a guy brought siding... and about the begining of May drove by and said that we were on his list, but not as important as his other clients) She talks to me for about 10mins... and now it is 12:19 and I still do not know where Samuels shoes are.. Finally we find them in their bedroom closet and get them on. As we are about to walk out the door... I notice..... Betty no longer has her shoes on..... Really? Rightnow?... So I rush to put her shoes on her and Tell Samuel and the other two to start walking... Oh did I mention that during all this the kids keep trying to eat moldy bread that I just sat out on the porch, so we can go feed the ducks later?

We get to the bus stop and Betty starts doing the potty dance...To late to turn back now. and even if we did. I know she wouldn't make it.... her 4th pair of underwear today.....

This last weekend we went camping with our good friends Derek, Brea and Derek's brother Jesse. It was fun. We only went for a night. But it was well worth it.

Only 10 More Days Of School Left!

Its almost June!

Last year Samuel had to go to physical therapy for his leg. That is where I found a flyer about VIP t-ball. We signed him up ASAP! and It was a LOT of fun. It only last a month but he enjoyed it so much. We signed him up again this year. Hope some of you can make it out again this year, or for your first time.

Zoo Day..

Yesterday we went to the zoo with my entire family. It was so much fun. I wont bore you much with the details and let the photo's speak for themselves.

This is the happiest I've seen our family in a long time.

The last couple days have been a lot of fun! It's been nice and warm and we have actually gotten out of the house. I have been so tired by time we got home, that I've had no desire to get on, edit my pictures and post about our day... But I have a small break, Paul went to get dinner, and the kids are outside playing for a minute. Here are a few pictures from our fun days.

Betty's Birthday Party

On Saturday was Betty's birthday party, as well as my sister-in-law Beth's baby shower. I spent most the day Friday making cupcakes and a cake for Betty (I will never by store bought again. homemade is sooooo much more yummy!). Then I got up early and went over to Beth's shower, took some pictures, caught up with some family members and headed out to Costco to pick up some last minutes items for the party. At Costco I had my hands full when I was coming out to the truck and so I sat my wallet down on the nerf bar of the truck so I could get my keys out of my pocket. I saw my friend Michelle that I use to work with out at New Haven and started talking to her. threw the stuff up in the truck, climbed in and took off. When I got home I received a call from my bank, that someone had found my wallet and turned it in there. Oh joy haha. So Monday I get my wallet back, and now have a life lesson ☆Your trucks nerf bars are not a good place for your wallet!.

A big thanks to whom ever found it and was kind enough to turn it in!

Needless to say that we finally threw in the towel and

I think everyone had a pretty good time. After the party Derek and Brea stayed for a little while, and it was just so nice to sit and talk to them! I miss our couple times. When we first moved back up here from Arizona, we lived in the apartment under them. and So we were always up at their house for hours playing games or just talking and watching TV. I miss those days!

I decided instead of spending the night cooped up at home by myself, I would go over and bug my sister Samantha =].... We went for a walk with her two and my three, over to my moms grave. I am sure she gets a kick out of our kids. They are quite hilarious. Samuel rode Betty's barbie bike all the way to the cemetery, Which is like 3 blocks from my sisters house. And Betty Walked the whole way, pushing her pony baby in her stroller. Whenever she looked as if she was getting tired, I offered to help she would say "I do it". Aidan rode in the stroller, but on the way back he took turns riding Bai's bike. They are doing so good!
Oh and I don't have any pictures because I walked out of my sisters house with out my camera, and I didn't want to leave her outside with 3 wild kids on bikes and two other impatient kids in strollers while I ran back inside. And for those of you who know me, you know it killed me to go to the cemetary with out my camera! haha.

When I went into put a movie on for Aidan in my sisters room,

I would totally say that today was a really good day! It started out with playing the Wii with Paul (we are seriously addicted!). Then Samantha called and asked if I would put highlights in her hair, and so she came over and we just sat in my room and watched TV while I pulled her hair through the little cap thing(It turned out really cute, I have a picture of that too, I am just over at my sisters and there for have no access to my computer). My Dad showed up to give Betty her birthday present. So it was just nice sitting around upstairs, talking about old times, teasing my dad and Paul about silly things. I love days filled with Laughter and Family, They are by far my favorite!

Just now Samantha and Bai were sitting on the couch coloring, and I looked over and Bailey is totally asleep, yet still coloring on her page. I was laughing so hard that when I pulled my camera out of the backpack the batteries fell out, and by time I got it all situated she had moved and was looking for a new pencil, wide awake. But oh man it was FUNNNNNY!

I seriously do not know what we all did for entertainment before we had kids.

We celebrated by singing Happy Birthday many times over the day. Going to Wal-Mart and letting her choose whatever she wanted, and then Mommy made cupcakes. Yummmy!

Betty's last day of being a 1 year old.

~~We spent the day doing our regular routine: Wake Up, Cartoons, Play Time, Get Kids Fed and Dressed, Walk Samuel to the bus.

When she wakes up, she always wants her sippy filled with milk and she has to watch Dora. Play time consists of playing with her babies, wrapping them up in wash cloths, scarfs or whatever other cloth she can find in the moment, pushing them in their stroller, walking around in her dress up shoes, and carrying around her favorite purse for the day. Breakfast is usually either cereal or a pop tart depending on her mood. She does really good with not spilling on her self. drinks all the milk and then puts the dish in the sink. It takes a while to get her dressed, because if you do not pick out the exact thing that she wants, than she will run from you. And even if it is snowing she will try to con you into wearing her new pink flip flops, even if you put socks on her. She does not walk Samuel to the bus, more like tumbles down the side walk in her own little world, her tumble consists of running, tripping, crawling, bear crawling, skipping, hopping, walking, walking back wards, more hopping and more running. At the bus stop she plays ring around the rosies with her brothers and Bai (Wish I'd Had My Camera Dangit!). She picks flowers for her mommy. And gives her brother a big hug when the bus finally comes.

All the while I watch her and know... Today is her last day... as a 1 year old...

When we get home our routine continues: Lunch, Rest Time, Cartoon Time, Play Time.

Lunch was yummy potatoe salad that she plowed through and a bag of fruit snacks. Rest time was actually spent playing dolls with Bai on the bed. She watched most of Wonder Pets. And Play time consisted of more dolls, and she found her baby ponies and playing with mommies cell phone which she asked for "I hello. I hello" (how do you say no to that?).

In the evening we waited for daddy to come home from work. She finally feel asleep watching Dora. And when she woke up, she was actually happy. She played with a baby kitten for a few minutes until she got too rough and mommy had to take her away. Then she helped mommy cook dinner and take care of daddy who isn't feeling very well. She helped by taking her own tempature with the play thermonitor.

She took a bath with her brothers and dressed her self for bedtime.

And So Another Week Begins

This past week seem to fly by and drag on at the same time haha. With a few rainy days cooping us up inside, including raining out our day of Zoo fun. We actually got a lot done this week.

The boys got a much needed hair cut.

Samuel was so funny he kept just saying
"This is so AWESOME!"

And Aidan kept saying
"Samuel you look A M A Z I N G"

Then when it was Aidan's turn Samuel said
"Oh Aidan don't worry. It only hurts a little"
HAHA!

And YES Aidan hair is shorter. Everyone gets on my case about not cutting his curls, and then I do what they want and now everyone is getting on my case because he doesn't look any different than he did before! WHAT DID YOU EXPECT hahaha.

I can't even believe how patient my little girl is.
She just sat there and let me do this to her haha.

I am hoping maybe she'll get some curl from it!?

Oh and when I took her in the bathroom and showed her.
She goes "MOM-MAY! I don't like it!"
I explained to her why I did it
and she stopped trying to pull them out.
However she does get upset when you call her
"Coolio"

And I think this picture has a slight resemblance to Olivia.

If it wasn't for our Zoo day getting rained out!

But this upcoming week I am sure I will have something to report.

Oh Oh! and I cooked some delicious yummy meat loaf! With OUT setting the house on fire!
The recipe called for way to much "Steak Seasoning" but that was my only complaint. I am really loving this cooking kick I am on. Food is always better when you cook it yourself. Last night we had Pork Chops... Oh my they were good!

This is the kids newest and most favorite Past time....

They can go for hours riding down and then climbing back up with their bike, or scooter.
Good exercise if you ask me! This was the perfect way to end the day. Playing hopscotch, racing and just enjoying the warm weather. I hope there are more and more days like these.

We also had open face burrito's for dinner. And although I almost burned down the house by turning on the wrong burner, haha they turned out to be pretty darn good. Sometimes I almost think I am too absent minded to cook! But it always turns out good, so maybe I just shouldn't cook by myself!

This morning, I was awaken by giggling.... not always a good sign.... I listen with out opening my eyes... more giggling... the bed moves just a little under me.... I feel a small hand on my head... its Betty... Smoothing my hair back she says "Mommy"... I turn to see and I am tackled.... Three little bodies, giggling, kissing, and hugging "I love you mommy".... What a good morning... What great kids....

After our usual morning routine, of cartoons, breakfast (in many forms) and then everyone gets dressed and we all walk Samuel down to his bus stop.

And if you ever want to know how I know that my kids love me:

After coming in from the dandelion picking
We played with some play dough.

This is the "Eagle" Aidan made.

I was trying to show how he got yellow between his top lip and nose
from smelling the dandelions.

After we put all the play dough away, we made lunch.
Then we laid down for a nap.
No arguments.
No Crying.
Or Pouting.
These are the days that I love.
