My problem lasted 2 months. They are hopelessly out of control & seem to be unable to correct their customer service problems.<BR/>I recommend that you complain (on-line) to the FCC as I did. It got me 2 months of free service, and I still have to hear back from the FCC and Comcast as to how they are planning to change their ways!<BR/>I would also like to warn you & the rest of your readers that Comcast is now quietly sneaking in a service charge of $25.90 for a service call even if it is their fault.
