John Bullard is a great guy. I've met him many times and Hondo was that man's best friend. The K-9s have AC units to keep them cool on hot days. The AC unit stopped working. Not Bullard's fault. This guy built the K-9 unit and loved it dearly. I dont understand why other candidates would spread that type of whisper campaign.
