It was surprisingly easy since eggs and cheese were included and I had already not been eating cows or pigs for over two years. I ain't even tried squirrel.<br /><br />I learned a lot, felt good and lost 13 pounds in 12 weeks (although I WAS exercising 6 to 7 days a week, HARD). <br /><br />I've since phased fish and birds back in.<br /><br />But, next Monday I'm going to do a Vegan experiment, only for four weeks tho' because I know how much harder it is. I often like to get away from the office for lunch, and you can hardly get <span style="font-weight:bold;">anything</span> decent to eat at a restaurant without at least cheese on it. Hell, even the Veggie Fried Rice at my favoirte Chinese joint has eggs in it. Full time Vegans must pack food with 'em everywhere they go.<br /><br />Luckily I can at <span style="font-weight:bold;">least</span> make some good stuff at home like Lentils, Tofu and Tree-Bark Granola.
