There is a great deal of somewhat reasonable pressure put on couples who have a high risk of having a disabled child not to get pregnant. That said, it's quite a different thing to sterilize a person or legislate their abstinence because of the risks (that's called Eugenics) than it is to make it illigal to use artificial means to reproduce with a high risk of a disabled child.Kenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05098884866412580924noreply@blogger.com
