It's probably one of the freakiest experiences you can have, even if it's just watching a house cat kill a small lizard.

These people are seriously OCD or something - if they don't "liberate" the animals something bad will happen. Nevermind that animals will go right on killing and maming and eating each other, and thoughtful humans who believe in treating animals humanely were the ones who rescued abused wild animals, and worked to save endangered species, and gave us the common house cat, one of whom is currently draped in my lap and making it very hard to type.

Nothing magical will happen if they close down this animal research facility, and all the people they're harassing to try to scare them away from helping this facility will be hurt in the long run. I lost one of my kitties in October to bladder cancer. If this research facility can come up with a way to treat bladder cancer in humans, and they use animals to get to that point, then then can also treat it in kitties, and I can have my babies with me until they're old and crotchety.

They're not trying to "liberate" anybody - I don't know what they're doing anymore, but it has nothing to do with animal welfare.T E Finehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02145212330537906750noreply@blogger.com
