Best to wait on this and make sure it is what it appears to be and for other "alternative" methods to come out.<BR/><BR/>It would be great if we could not go deeper into debt in CA. (We need to cut $10 billion as we borrow $300 million a year to fund human cloning research.) But a lot of people have a lot of $ at stake and they will not let go of it easily.Wesley J.
