Typically they want to know which courses to take.... My answer is always the same. Join a company that is implementing SAP and get on to the core implementation team, find an area that is good for you and work your butt off for 2 years learning that module inside out. Then take a consulting job with someone who can get you on another project. Work there and then on at least 2 others to bring your experience to at least 4 projects before considering going it alone..... Training, is a little overrated especially trying to break in to the industry. It's good once you're in to sharpen your skills, and even then I would recommend <a href="http://www.sapgenie.com/training/cd.htm">computer based trainging CRRoms</a> so that you can consult and learn simultaneously.
