I read through some of your other posts and I can relate.... to the stagnation, wanting to do things that seem out of reach, not content with what you are doing now, fighting with your body and your self-image, the depression, the desire to change...but the self-sabotage and lack of motivation...and the need for support...oh, and wanting to pack up and run away...leave it all behind...

Welcome to my life. :) I don't have the exact situation you have of course... but I'm with you in spirit...

I'm on a very painful journey in getting back to myself and my dreams. So far, I'm battling through a fog of depression and the "daily" blahs... but I've managed to start decluttering my life...my surroundings... that's the first step for me.

I think you should stop beating yourself up and try to focus on one thing that you can achieve and feel good about... like one healthy meal a day...or just go for a walk... and then reward yourself... and find a hobby that brings you joy...and for me...stopping to look at the stars and feel the warmth of the sun...or "smell the flowers"... something that gets me in touch with my soul and humanity...makes me feel better about my life. We do have the power to change...it's totally within us...we just have to believe in ourselves.

Christy

christycat927@yahoo.comChttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08788691595963557426noreply@blogger.com
